The summary section shows basic trend statistics for benchmark results
matching the current context.
The table contains one row per platform for which results exist in combination
with at least one of the selected branches. For platform/branch combination in
the table, trend statistics are shown for benchmark results that match the
specified metric. (Note: Currently, the first host matching a particular
platform/benchmark/metric combination is used, and it is not possible to
select another matching host.)
A trend value for a particular benchmark is defined as the difference between
rn and ri where rn is the latest result and
ri is the latest result before rn that differed from
rn by at least the current tolerance (measured in percentage of
rn). The difference is displayed as a percentage of ri:
((rn - ri) / ri) * 100.
Since
lower results are better, -5% indicates that the latest result is 5% better
than the previous (significant) result.
The statistics are best (i.e. the minimum trend value), average
(i.e. the arithmetic mean of all trend values), and worst (i.e. the
maximum trend value).
Clicking on any statistics cell brings up the benchmark summary page populated
with values for that context.
