Changed all direct calls to CompletionConsumer.reset(..) to go call
CompilerInstance::setCodeCompletionConsumer instead, in order to change the SkipFunctionBodies flag accordingly. Also fixed setCodeCompletionConsumer to take a reset() to null into account. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/cfe/trunk@154585 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
