This commit eliminates BinaryTypeTraitExpr and switches all related handling over to TypeTraitExpr. Also fixes a CodeGen failure with variadic type traits appearing in a non-constant expression. The next step will be to migrate UnaryTypeTrait and BinaryTypeTrait over to this new, more general TypeTrait class. This implementation should be enough for the uses of __is_trivial in libstdc++ 4.6's C++98 library implementation.
