Enums without an explicit, fixed, underlying type are implicitly given a
fixed 'int' type for ABI compatibility with MSVC. However, we can
enforce the standard-mandated rules on these types as-if we didn't know
this fact if the tag is not part of a definition.

These test updates almost exclusively around the change in behavior
around enum: enums without a definition are considered incomplete except
when targeting MSVC ABIs. Since these tests are interested in the
'incomplete-enum' behavior, restrict them to %itanium_abi_triple.

Several tests wouldn't pass when executed on an armv7a_pc_linux triple
due to the non-default arm_aapcs calling convention produced on the
function definitions in the IR output. Account for this with the
application of a little regex.

_Complex load/store didn't have their alignment set properly, which was visible when GCC's torture tests use volatile _Complex.
Update some existing tests to check for alignment, and add a new test which also has over-aligned volatile _Complex (since the imaginary part shouldn't be overaligned, only the real part).

not actually frequently used, because ImpCastExprToType only creates a node
if the types differ. So explicitly create an ICE in the lvalue-to-rvalue
conversion code in DefaultFunctionArrayLvalueConversion() as well as several
other new places, and consistently deal with the consequences throughout the
compiler.
In addition, introduce a new cast kind for loading an ObjCProperty l-value,
and make sure we emit those nodes whenever an ObjCProperty l-value appears
that's not on the LHS of an assignment operator.
This breaks a couple of rewriter tests, which I've x-failed until future
development occurs on the rewriter.
Ted Kremenek kindly contributed the analyzer workarounds in this patch.

assignment to volatiles in C. This in effect reverts some of mjs's
work in and around r72572. Basically, the C++ standard is quite
clear, except that it lies about volatile behavior approximating
C's, whereas the C standard is almost actively misleading.

- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable"
which is substituted. It is '%clang_cc1' instead of '%clang -cc1' because it
can be useful to redefine what gets run as 'clang -cc1' (for example, to set
a default target).
