Updated according to user feedback to make descriptions clearer.
Added documentation for all sections in config.xml, explained HomeDir,
and added a link to variable list.
Deleted an obsolete note.
Updated screenshots.

- remove translations part
- replace installation dir (root) with home
in order to properly finish the installer wizard
with default values
- AllowSpaceInPath is now true by default (ChangeLog updated)

Also allow uppercase variable names and document those.
Also update the config.xml files in the examples to uppercase.
