Add run-analyzer.sh script

This script builds qbs, generates compile_commands.json and runs clang-
tidy on the whole QBS project.

Typical usage:
$ cd qbs
$ export LLVM_INSTALL_DIR=~/LLVM/
$ ./scripts/run-analyzer.sh
