The lasts commits in the treeview did put the flags weither
item has child or is the last in cache in the viewItem vector.
But the cache was not updated while the model is modified.

By using QTRY_{COMPARE,VERIFY} instead of waiting an arbitrary amount of
time waiting for the window manager to do his job.
Also use QApplication::setActiveWindow which seems to be more robust
then QWidget::activateWindow
|

The problem is that deleting the previous model would triggera delayed
reset. This reset could happen after the model has changed and nodes
are expanded. We can now cancel a reset when reset is called from
another place (like when we set a new model).

If you do a selection with the mouse and react to selectionChanged by
changing the selection. Those changes would be overwritten by
QAbstractItemView::mouseReleaseEvent.
It is useless to set the selection on mouse release. We already do
that on mouse press.

The problem was that we were not always storing the modelindex in
column 0 for each QTreeViewItem. That was causing inconsistencies.
Now it is always the case. It allowed to remove some calls to
QModelIndex::sibling.

This was caused by two different bug:
- In the QSortFilterProxyModel, we need to re-sort when setting the
source model change the sorting column (happen when setting a model
initially)
- In the treeview, we need to activate the sorting even if there is no
column yet (because the initial model is empty
