Suppress DISPATCH_PROPERTYGET for calls from QAxScript.
Factor out a version QAxBase::dynamicCall() taking a flag that
allows for suppressing DISPATCH_PROPERTYGET and use that
from QAxScript to fix return types. Add autotest.
Task-number: QTBUG-42289
