Revert "tests: blacklist tst_QWidget::render() on Wayland"
This reverts commit c41733b06bd61d4710a9f6ec849f0d913c4497bb.
Based on the Grafana data, last flaky was August 14, 2023, and
the test works fine on local vm with stressed cpu.
