Tests: Remove duplicate QTRY_VERIFY/QTRY_COMPARE macros in bearer.
Introduce QTRY_VERIFY_WITH_TIMEOUT and QTRY_COMPARE_WITH_TIMEOUT
to be able to specify a timeout value.
