CMake: Wrap benchmarks with cmake script
Wrap benchmark executable target with cmake script to run it on windows
without necessity of environment variables set.
Move common logic related to test and benchmark environment to
'qt_internal_collect_command_environment' function.
Make error message of wrapper script a bit more verbose.
