configure: Allow specifying a comma separated list to -skip option
This makes skipping a list of submodules more concise.
e.g. instead of passing
-skip qtsvg -skip qtimageformats -skip qtmultimedia
pass
-skip qtsvg,qtimageformats,qtmultimedia
