CMake: Fix iOS platform plugin not being a default plugin
It used to be a default plugin always due to a bug in the default
plugin logic, but after the fix in
1b4ea4a1d826244c2711e1a5238da6440ec1b1c3
it stopped being the default one. Fix it by checking for the
QT_QPA_DEFAULT_PLATFORM variable.
