config_help.txt: document that some sanitize combinations are not valid
Saves people the trouble of trying it out themselves. When I tried
"address" and "thread", I got:
cc1plus: error: -fsanitize=address and -fsanitize=kernel-address
are incompatible with -fsanitize=thread
