Add configure option and tests for GStreamer.

Qt Multimedia can be compiled with either GStreamer 0.10 or 1.0.
0.10 takes precedence over 1.0 if both are available (1.0 will be used
by default in Qt 5.6).
Auto-detection can be overridden with -gstreamer <version>.
