Move the reporting of xkbcommon's warning closer to the bottom
The warning is more likely to be seen if it's closer to the end of the output. Also report whether we found xkbcommon in the main output. Note that xkbcommon is used by Wayland too, so it's not dependent on QPA or on the XCB backend.
