ANGLE: Add TextureSSE2.cpp to SSE2_SOURCES.
This file needs to be compiled with SSE2 intrinsic support.
It happens to compile on x64 system because SSE2 is implied
here, but on 32-bit compilers (in this case MinGW 32-bit) it
needs to be explicit.
