Doc: Fix using Apple-related terminology in Qt Core
Use the name "OS X" instead of "Mac OS X", "Mac OS" and "OSX",
and mention iOS. Replace "Carbon Preferences API" by
"CFPreferences API" in the QSettings documentation.
