macOS: Modernize and clean up QCocoaGLContext::updateSurfaceFormat()
The updateFormatFromContext function that read GL state has been merged into updateSurfaceFormat(), we're using AppKit classes and functions instead of Core GL, and the logic has been simplified by using attribute/parameter helpers.
