QFactoryLoader: Add namefilter for Windows.
No longer try to load all files in the directory as a plugin
which can cause problems when for example installers move
files around.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QFactoryLoader][Windows] QFactoryLoader now
filters potential plugins by the ".dll" suffix.
