it's bound to the bourne shell, which is not readily available on
windows hosts.
on the way, the pch, fvisibility, and bsymbolic_functions tests were
rewritten as regular compile tests. they now just verify that qmake's
built-in support for the tested features actually works.

The bsymbolic_functions test was missing $SYSROOT_FLAG, so the linking
was always failing and the test falsely negative.
Also make the error reporting better: if the flag was requested, error
out if the check fails and report more information in -v mode.

Testcase: adding this line at the end of mkspecs/linux-g++-64/qmake.conf
QMAKE_CXX = ccache g++
Result:
fvisibility.test: line 28: ccache g++: command not found
Symbol visibility control disabled.
Result after fix:
Symbol visibility control enabled.
