Instead of polishing the (possible) system palette. Makes the checkbox
for "Use style's standard palette" actually work for the custom style,
and is how styles are supposed to provide their own preferred palette.

Using QImage allows creating the style before the application has
been created, and is the more modern API.
No changes to the documentation needed.

Examples should demonstrate best practice, and we can use the keyword
directly nowadays.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Q_DECL_OVERRIDE (which expands to 'override' for supported compiler)
helps to declare the intent (that it is an overridden function) and
force compilation error when there is no such virtual function in the
base class.
The examples should show the best practice of having it, as it may save
the programmer quite some time in case of change of API or typo in the
function name or arguments.
This change was done automatically with
clang-modernize -add-override -override-macros
And fixed MSVC compilation by removing inline for TorrentViewDelegate::paint

The QStyle specializations are being made internal. The recommended way
to customize styles is now to use QProxyStyle (& QStyleFactory), or to
implement a full custom style one can alternatively subclass
QCommonStyle. The proxy style approach was chosen for this case, since
the example assumes some drawing functionality provided by the windows
style and it is not a "complete" custom style implementation but more
like a customization anyway.

It is time to clean up some of our legacy code. These styles have
not been actively maintained for a long time and I think it is safe
to say that they should no longer belong as part of the default
distribution of Qt. We dont support any platforms based on CDE with
our source packages.
Note that even if we are removing these styles from the default
distribution of Qt, applications that depend on them
will still be able to bundle the existing (and unmodified) styles
along with their own source code as we are not breaking compatibility.
