| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | We've been requiring C++17 since Qt 6.0, and our qAsConst use finally starts to bother us (QTBUG-99313), so time to port away from it now. Since qAsConst has exactly the same semantics as std::as_const (down to rvalue treatment, constexpr'ness and noexcept'ness), there's really nothing more to it than a global search-and-replace, with manual unstaging of the actual definition and documentation in dist/, src/corelib/doc/ and src/corelib/global/. Add a new function, nextFileInfo(), with returns fileInfo() instead. Incidentally, the returned object has already been constructed as part of advance()ing the iterator, so the new function is faster than next() even if the result is ignored, because we're not calculating a QString result the caller may not be interested in. Use the new function around the code. Fix a couple of cases of next(); fileInfo().filePath() (just use next()'s return value) as a drive-by. [ChangeLog][QtCore][QDirIterator] Added nextFileInfo(), which is like next(), but returns fileInfo() instead of filePath(). This is done in runQmake(), before parsing the project file, so that OUT_PWD will be correct during project parsing. The individual generators are then passed the filename relative to the final output directory. Each generator now also makes sure to add the right project suffix to the output file, so -o foo will result in foo.pro or foo.vcproj, instead of just foo. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | In order for moc to properly parse #ifdefs and family, we've had QMAKE_COMPILER_DEFINES as a list of pre-defined macros from the compiler. That list is woefully incomplete. Instead, let's simply ask the compiler for the list. With GCC and family, we use the -dM flag while preprocessing. With ICC on Windows, the flag gains an extra "Q" but is otherwise the same. For MSVC, it requires using some undocumented switches and parsing environment variables (I've tested MSVC 2012, 2013 and 2015). The new moc option is called --include to be similar to GCC's -include option. It does more than just parse a list of pre-defined macros and can be used to insert any sort of code that moc needs to parse prior to the main file. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The Xcode generator creates a makefile for running 'make qmake', and the makefile passes -o to ensure it writes to the same Xcode project. This fails when qmake then treats -o foo.xcodeproj/project.xcproj as not only setting the output filename, but also the output directory to foo.xcodeproj, which results in the Xcode project trying to reference files relative to this directory, such as '../main.cpp'. Unfortunatly the output filename parsing happens too early for us to know whether or not the generator is Xcode, so we just have to assume that a certain combination of output filename and directories means we are generating an Xcode project.
