Use the new qtConfig macro in all pro/pri files.
This required adding some feature entries, and adding
{private,public}Feature to every referenced already existing entry.

this switches all instances of LIBS[_PRIVATE] += -lfoo where a config
tests exists for foo.
this removes some code duplication between tests and project files (in
case of conditionals), and ensures that the projects always actually use
the libraries configure has found.

Make sure we always set the base feature as a flag in qtconfig, and
set the sub-feature in addition if it's being used.
