Move the different parts of configure.json/.pri into the libraries where
they belong.
Gui is not yet fully modularized, and contains many things related to
the different QPA plugins.

DirectWrite: Fix advances being scaled to 0
Since 131eee5cd, the stretch of a font can be 0, meaning
"whatever the font provides". In combination with ec7fee96,
this would cause advances in the DirectWrite engine to be scaled to
0, causing the QRawFont test to fail.

The clientRect might be empty when creating a window of zero size. The
side effect of a division by zero is that matrix transformation fails
and hence the swapchain gets into an invalid state.

Frameworks are not available on Apple platforms on a device vs simulator
basis. The documentation states that CoreText is available on watchOS:
https://developer.apple.com/reference/coretext?language=objc, as do the
watchOS 2.2 release notes.
Therefore, work around the problem and note the rdar numbers for the
bug report to Apple.

privateFeature would add QT_NO_FEATURE to the DEFINES in the private
.pri file, which was somewhat inelegant.
Additionally, it would add the feature to the _public_ QT_CONFIG
variable, which was plain wrong.
Replace the implementation with the one just introduced for
publicFeature, with the difference that the features are written to the
private files instead.
As this entirely disposes of the old system, all usages in the project
files need to be replaced atomically as well.

instead, the only relevant defines from qconfig.h (QT_VERSION*) are
passed on the command line, like we already did for qmake and
configure.exe.
this enables us to remove the early forwarding header generation from
qtbase.pro, and rely wholly on the regular mechanism from syncqt +
qt_module_headers.prf.
another advantage is that we can be sure that the bootstrapped namespace
is not polluted by the target feature configuration.

this switches all instances of LIBS[_PRIVATE] += -lfoo where a config
tests exists for foo.
this removes some code duplication between tests and project files (in
case of conditionals), and ensures that the projects always actually use
the libraries configure has found.

5.7 now supports clang on android; but dev re-worked configure
src/gui/kernel/qevent.h
One side renamed a parameter of a constructor; the other added an
alternate constructor on the next line. Applied the rename to both
for consistency.
tests/auto/tools/moc/tst_moc.cpp
Each side added a new test at the end.
.qmake.conf
Ignored 5.7's change to MODULE_VERSION.
configure.json
No conflict noticed by git; but changes in 5.7 were needed for the
re-worked configure to accommodate 5.7's stricter handling of C++11.

harfbuzz-ng doesn't link to Qt libraries, but uses the Qt headers for
some types. With CONFIG -= qt, we don't get QT_NAMESPACE set, which
leads to linker errors later. Instead of setting QT_NAMESPACE, ask
qversiontagging.h not to tag the headers.

Add the necessary defines for HAVE_PIPE2 for NetBSD and OpenBSD depending
on OS version when pipe2(2) was added. This also fixes the compile error
on NetBSD if -Werror=unused-function for ignore_sigpipe() as the
HAVE_PIPE2 tree is prior to O_NOSIGPIPE in create_pipe().

Pass -xplatform macx-tvos-clang to configure to build.
Builds device and simulator by default.
Added ‘uikit’ platform with the common setup.
Also added QT_PLATFORM_UIKIT define (undocumented).
qmake config defines tvos (but not ios).
tvOS is 64bits only (QT_ARCH is arm64) and requires bitcode to be
embedded in the binary. A new ‘bitcode’ configuration was added.
For ReleaseDevice builds (which get archived and push to the store),
bitcode is actually embedded (-fembed-bitcode passed to clang). For all
other configurations, only using bitcode markers to keep file size
down (-fembed-bitcode-marker).
Build disables Widgets in qtbase, and qtscript (unsupported,
would require fixes to JavaScriptCore source code).
Qpa same as on iOS but disables device orientation, status bar, clipboard,

glGetUniform*v functions are supposed to return just a single
array element, so returning the whole array is always incorrect.

This patch mainly do two things:
1) Support color bitmap font for freetype fontengine. This partially
based on Corentin Jabot's patch
2) Support ARGB opengl glyph cache when workaround_brokenFBOReadBack is
true (It is always true under Android). Some code refactor has been
done in QOpenGLTextureGlyphCache.
This patch also bump the minimal required freetype version to 2.2
[ChangeLog][General][Freetype] Support color font rendering

D3D11_QUERY_DATA_SO_STATISTICS is no part of d3d11sdklayers.h and thus
not covered by the ANGLE_MINGW32_COMPAT define. The struct is defined
in d3d11.h and will be available in an upcoming version of MinGW (see
https://sourceforge.net/p/mingw-w64/mingw-w64/ci/a0cd5afeb60be3be0860e9a203314c10485bb9b8/
).
As soon as the MinGW version that includes the change is known, the
__MINGW32__ check should be replaced by a proper version check.

library. The common platform header is also modified to handle being
included from C, and resolves a typo on the way.
