Pass -xplatform macx-tvos-clang to configure to build.
Builds device and simulator by default.
Added ‘uikit’ platform with the common setup.
Also added QT_PLATFORM_UIKIT define (undocumented).
qmake config defines tvos (but not ios).
tvOS is 64bits only (QT_ARCH is arm64) and requires bitcode to be
embedded in the binary. A new ‘bitcode’ configuration was added.
For ReleaseDevice builds (which get archived and push to the store),
bitcode is actually embedded (-fembed-bitcode passed to clang). For all
other configurations, only using bitcode markers to keep file size
down (-fembed-bitcode-marker).
Build disables Widgets in qtbase, and qtscript (unsupported,
would require fixes to JavaScriptCore source code).
Qpa same as on iOS but disables device orientation, status bar, clipboard,
menus, dialogs which are not supported on tvOS.

ICU doesn't support iso8859-16, so we need to fall back to
the Qt codec for this encoding.

This behaviour was changed in Ide9800f6 to suppress
macro redefinition warnings for MSVC, but MinGW
has iconv support and therefore configure does not
set QT_NO_ICONV, which prevents compilation on win32-g++
as QIconvCodec does not support Windows.

Both the configure script and configure.exe add QT_NO_ICONV to qconfig.h
in case they can't find iconv. Since Windows doesn't use iconv anyway,
we don't need to set QT_NO_ICONV here.
MSVC likes to print a warning that a macro is redefined. That gets quite
spammy...

codecs anymore as locale codecs.

Use ICU to do code page conversion instead of the
builtin text codecs. With this QTextCodec simply
becomes a wrapper around ICU's ucnv_* methods.
We only keep our own codecs for UTF-*, ISO-8859-1,
ISO-8859-15 for performance reasons, and for TSCII
and iscii-* because they aren't supported by ICU.

QNX implements the POSIX version of iconv (with non-const function
signatures). However, it is still necessary to link with libiconv, unlike most
cases. Also, its iconv_open does not know how to handle an empty string.

Having plugin text codecs adds considerable complexity to
configuring Qt. The plugin interface is designed for optional
features, but text codecs tend to be used for essential functions.
A dramatic example is loading a codec plugin from a file whose path
needs to be converted by the codec.
Codec plugins can also be a nuisance to builders of applications
linking to static Qt. This is because the application might need
to explicilty import the static codec plugins which are actually
dependencies of QtCore.
For these reasons, it has been decided not to have text codec plugins
any longer.

Otherwise applications linking to static Qt may have to import
the static plugins to avoid linking failure even if they do not
use the codecs, which is a nuisance.
Also, this is preparation for moving these codecs into QtCore
proper.
