The current snippet uses integer literals that will trigger the
Wnarrowing warning with recent version of gcc. This patch replaces them
with character literals to fix this warning.

Use M_PI (and friends), where possible, in favor of hand-coded
approximations of various (in)accuracies. Where that's not available
(e.g. fragment shaders), use the same value that qmath.h uses for
M_PI, for consistency. Replaced math.h with qmath.h in places that
defined a fall-back in case math.h omits it (it's not in the C++
standard, although M_PI is in POSIX); or removed this entirely where
it wasn't used.
Reworked some code to reduce the amount of arithmetic needed, in the
process; e.g. pulling common factors out of loops. Revised an
example's doc to not waste time talking about using a six-sig-fig
value for pi (which we no longer do) - it really wasn't relevant, or
anything to be proud of; nor did the doc mention its later use.

These uses of Q_QDOC cause clang to report syntax errors.
They are used to hide function return values as qreal
instead of using double and float. The decision is to be
more transparent and use double and float in the docs
instead of qreal.
This change does not require clang in qdoc.

This is done by introducing a stream read transaction mechanism that keeps
read data in an internal buffer and rolls it back on failure.

QString::asprintf() has the ability to take a ushort* array as
obtained from QString::utf16() and insert that into the output
with an %ls conversion.
But no-one ever used this, because just passing QString::utf16()
to QString::asprintf() creates a warning about wchar_t* expected,
but ushort* provided.
The new qUtf16Printable() macro adds the necessary casts (via void*
to prevent any "type-punned pointer" warnings) to make
passing QString::utf16() to QString::asprintf() work silently.
This should greatly reduce the need to do a round-trip via utf-8
just to print the contents of a QString.
[ChangeLog][QtCore] Added qUtf16Printable().
