Do not clear the QLibrarySettings configuration information already
in ~QCoreApplication (via qAddPostRoutine). This fixes issues where
multiple QCoreApplication objects are created over time (in plugins).

That way, for future or old versions, we at least will know which
version it is. For example, for MSVC "14.0" (compiler version 19), it
produces "MSVC _MSC_VER 1900".

QLibraryInfo::location() paths are relative to
"myapp.app/Contents/" when the application has a
bundle and relative to the executable when not.
However CFBundleGetMainBundle() can and will return
a valid CFBundleRef even if the application is built
as a standalone executable.
Add a test that verifies that the path constructed
with "/Contents" exists on disk. Fall back to the
non-bundle code path if it doesn't.
This bug was hit in cases where a qt.conf file was
present side-by-side with the app binary, for example
in qtbase/bin.

this adds the possibility to put the actual qt installation outside the
sysroot it is configured for. this makes it possible to install an
x-built qt without "polluting" the sysroot, which makes it possible to
have read-only sysroots, and multiple qt builds for one sysroot.
-prefix is the location within the sysroot as seen by the target itself,
and gets "burned" into QLibraryInfo in QtCore.
-extprefix is the location in the host file system and gets "burned"
into QLibraryInfo in qmake. if it is not specified, it defaults to the
sysrootified prefix, which is the previous behavior.

Instead of storing the application type as a uint, we use the enum provided
by QCoreApplicationPrivate. The former resulted in a few cases of wrong
logic where the values got mixed up, such as always printing the QtCore
console warning, even for GUI applications.
The qt_eval_is_supported function has been refactored to return enums instead
of magic values, to make the logic easier to read.
The same goes for qt_eval_days_left, which now only concerns itself with
the number of days left. qt_eval_is_expired() has been added to use for
easy checking of expiration date.

User applications are those that users run directly, whether it be for
development or not. The executable binaries that the user does not
usually run but is still required for proper functioning are called
"program executables" in Autoconf and they are placed in libexec.
This commit adds support for "program executables" in Qt by adding the
-libexecdir option to the configures, the qmake variable
QT_INSTALL_LIBEXECS (note the plural, to match all other properties),
and QLibraryInfo::LibraryExecutables.
At the time of this commit, the only expected "program executable" is
the QtWebProcess, the WebKit2 helper process from QtWebKit.

This commits adds a -qmldir configuration option for the configures to
allow the user to change the default location (it defaults to
$archdatadir/qml).
It adds a QLibraryInfo::Qml2ImportsPath value for
QLibraryInfo::location, a qmake property of QT_INSTALL_QML and a qt.conf
configure location entry "Qml2Imports".
At the same time, it makes the qmake .prf files dealing with QML plugins
be the QML 2 version. Those files are new in Qt 5, so we have the option
to choose which version we want to use.

Architecture-depedent Qt data defaults now to something under
-archdatadir. Architecture-dependent data is everything that contains
machine code (e.g., plugins) as well as anything that hardcodes
build-specific data, like qconfig.pri and qmodule.pri. That is:
QML imports: $archdatadir/imports (includes plugins)
Qt plugins: $archdatadir/plugins (machine code)
Mkspecs: $archdatadir/mkspecs (build-specific)
Architecture-independent Qt data defaults now to something under
-datadir. This option existed in Qt 4, but did not differentiate between
arch-dependent and independent. Following Autoconf's lead, --datadir is
the *independent* data root.
translations: $datadir/translations (.qm files are arch-independent)
docs: $datadir/doc
By default, both new options are equal to the Qt install prefix.
(Strictly speaking, for complete Autoconf compatibility, we'd need a
--datarootdir=$prefix/share, --datadir=$datarootdir/qt5 and
--docdir=$datarootdir/doc/qt5, but that's just nitpicking and
unnecessary)
