Add QWindowSystemInterface::GestureEvent and
QNativeGestureEvent to QtGui. These events are copies
of Qt4's QNativeGestureEvent, where it was an implementation
detail of QGestureManager.
Add gesture message handlers to QNSView and bring
back the Mac gesture recognizers for QGestureManager.

Make platform plugins, like the windows one, able to indicate
if a mouse event is synthesized from a touch event by the OS.
This will be valuable information for the Quick2 event handlers.
No new member variables are added to QMouseEvent. Instead, the enum
value is encoded in the caps member, there are plenty of bits
available in it.
This introduces Qt::MouseEventSource and QMouseEvent::source() as
public APIs.

KEYCODE_MEDIA_FAST_FORWARD is mapped to Qt::Key_Forward,
which undoes Back. I believe the best match in Qt would be
Qt::Key_AudioForward which is also mapped by XCB from
XF86XK_AudioForward /* fast-forward audio track */
KEYCODE_MUTE is mapped to Qt::Key_Volume_Mute, but the mute button is
for muting the microphone, the volume mute is called
KEYCODE_VOLUME_MUTE.

This is the patch from the bug report with a few alterations to get it
to compile, and also with the GroupSwitchModifier code removed, as this patch
just focuses on Qt::KeypadModifier. The problem was determined to be in
QKeySequencePrivate::encodeString, which doesn't handle the
Qt::KeypadModifier flag.

Setting this attribute enables QIcon::pixmap() to return
high-dpi pixmaps when running on "retina" type displays.
This requires an opt-in flag since the returned pixmap
can be larger than the requested size, which is a change
in previous documented behaviour that can break existing
code.

Add a static QWindow::fromWinId(WId id) constructor which can be used to
create a QWindow object representing windows created by other processes.
Then, QWindow::setParent() can be used to embed a window into a foreign
window socket and QWindow::setTransientParent() to stick the current
window on top of a foreign window.
The changes in the QtWidgets module ensure that the focus chain (TAB
navigation) correctly works when a QtWidgets-based window is embedded
into another application.
As far as the platform implementation is concerned, this commit only
implements the embedding functionality in the XCB plugin. So, this is
roughly equivalent to the Qt4 QX11EmbedWidget functionality.

The motivation for this patch is twofold:
1: we need a way (for iOS/Android) to tell the current window to remove
focus from the focus object when the user hides the input panel.
Otherwise, if the focus object is e.g a line edit, the cursor will
continue to blink inside it, which is wrong. As it stands, telling
the active window to deactivate
(by calling QWindowSystemInterface::handleWindowActivated(0)), will cause
the whole application to deactivate if no windows are active, which
is not what we want.
2: Qt currently understands just two application states, Activated and
Deactivated. On mobile platforms we can have other states
as well, like "suspended" on iOS. So controlling the application
state should not depend on window activation, but instead be controlled
through a separate API by the platform plugin.
This patch will add the following function:
QWindowSystemInterface::handleApplicationStateChanged(Qt::ApplicationState newState)
that lets us control the application state from the plugin. This also
means that we factor out application state handling from window
activation, which also gives us a way to remove focus from a window while
keeping the application active.
To not break existing desktop platforms that relies on application
activation being tied to window activation, we need to make this API
opt-in by using a platform integration capability hint. This is not optimal, but
found necessary after investigating several other solutions.
Which states (other that active/inactive) it makes sense
to add to Qt::ApplicationState will be a topic for later patches.

Qt::WA_MergeSoftkeysRecursively
It also removes some "zombie" enums:

Qt::WindowSoftkeysRespondHint = 0x80000000,
(The only implementation that used these were removed when
qapplication_s60.cpp and qwidget_s60.cpp were removed.)

This caused some headache wrt documentation, since in order to
generate the proper documentation for the qt namespace
qdoc also needed to parse the headers of gui, which breaks
cross-module linking. (This is because qdoc will actually
generate two almost identical nodes in the code tree; one
from the header files from gui and another from the index file
of gui).
The best fix would maybe be to make it part of
QAbstractTextDocumentLayout, but that will break source compat.

Previously we only had QWindow::setOrientation() which was a hint about
the orientation the window's contents were rendered in.
However, it's necessary to separate between the orientation
corresponding to the window buffer layout and orientation of the
contents. A game for example might typically want to use a landscape
buffer even on a portrait device. Thus, we replace
QWindow::orientation() with QWindow::reportContentOrientationChange() and
QWindow::requestWindowOrientation().

The current way we do it of having the platform or touch plugin send
both mouse and touch events is not ideal. There's no good way to write
an application that works sanely both on a touch-only device and on a
desktop except by restricting yourself to only handling mouse events. If
you try to handle touch events you don't get any events at all on
desktop, and if you try to handle both, you end up getting duplicate
events on touch devices.
Instead, we should get rid of the code in the plugins that automatically
sends mouse events translated from touch events. This change enables
that by making the behaviour fully configurable in QtGui.
Two new application attributes are added to explicitly say whether
unhandled touch events should be sent as synthesized mouse events and
vice versa, and no duplicates are automatically sent as the current
situation. Synthesized mouse events are enabled by default.
We also get rid of the QTouchEvent::TouchPoint::Primary flag, which
was only used to signal that the windowing system automatically
generated mouse events for that touch point. Now we only generate mouse

- Use qt_defaultDpiX() to obtain the resolution, which
obtains it from QScreen. This implies that for X11,
which previously used a hardcoded default of 96 DPI,
the real resolution will be used (typically 75).
- Since many tests (layouts, graphicsview) contain
test data for 96 DPI, add an attribute to
QCoreApplication making it possible to set the
resolution to 96 DPI for testing.

Multi line information does not really work that well as
input method hint. Application developer is the one setting
value for the hint, and thus would be responsible for
always having right value for multi line.
