Various format characters are not capitalized in the format string, so
should not be capitalized in the doc that describes them - especially,
the m for minute should not be made to coincide with the M for month.
The H for hours *is* capitalized for ISODate, correctly indicating
that it's on a 24-hour clock, so make that explicit; and correct the
RFC2822Date doc to use HH rather than hh for its hours, likewise.
Reflow to our standard 80-column limit for docs.

[ChangeLog][Important Behavior Changes][QDateTime] Removed all
locale-dependence from QDate, QTime and QDateTime, including the
Qt::DateFormat members that select the formats of the default and
system locales and the toString(Qt::DateFormat, QCalendar) overload,
which only used its calendar for these formats. All toString()
methods now use, and all fromString() methods only recognize, the C
locale's names for days and months. Use QLocale's methods if you need
to take locale into account.

This makes the Qt::AA_DisableWindowContextHelpButton flag obsolete. It
is already documented as such in Qt 5, so we can remove it now.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets] Do not show 'What's this' button anymore in
dialogs on Windows. To show the button again, you need to set
Qt::WindowsContextHelpButtonHint explicitly the top level widget.

Remove the sharing, the function documentation is available under

The qdatetime implementation's rfcDateImpl() uses regexes which did
not match its comments; nor did either the regexes or the comments
match what was documented. A review of relevant RFCs suggests we
should revise this in future, probably at Qt 6.
The documentation also only addressed the formats recognized when
parsing a date-time, without indicating how they are serialised or how
dates and times are handled separately.
Added a note to the tests for the read-only formats, to remind the
reader that the RFCs merely recommend recognising these - be
permissive in what you expect and strict in what you deliver.

QRegularExpression.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QAbstractItemModel] The match() method now
supports the new Qt::RegularExpression match flag value. This
will allow users to use either a string or a fully configured
QRegularExpression when doing searches. In the second case,
the case sensitivity flag will be ignored if passed.

Loading a session manager can be problemtatic for system services that
are always auto-activated or small DBus activated helpers which
shouldn't really be restored nor gain anything from a session.
The current solutions is to connect to commitDataRequest and
saveStateRequest and then reset a restart hint.
It's very unintuitive and somewhat wasteful given the X session manager
is full of slow blocking calls.
Rather than changing the behavior of QGuiApplication and handling null
pointers, this patch loads the base QPlatformSessionManager that is used
by QPAs that don't have a session manager.

The is a copy of the QString::SplitBehavior enum, but scoped
in the Qt namespace instead of inside QString, where it creates
problems using it elsewhere (QStringView, in particular).
Overload all QString{,Ref} functions taking QString::SplitBehavior
with Qt::SplitBehavior.
Make Qt::SplitBehavior a QFlags for easier future extensions (e.g.
a hint to use Boyer-Moore searching).
Added tests in QStringApiSymmetry.
[ChangeLog][QtCore] Added new Qt::SplitBehavior.

If the hardware produces events faster than the app can consume between
two updates, Windows automatically coalesces them into a single message
with the latest touch/pen pointer state and coordinates, effectively
compressing those events. But the pointer API also supports querying
and retrieving the skipped individual touch and pen frames.
There are cases where keeping all the events generated by the hardware
is desired, especially for pen events where having the most sampled
points available is critical to precisely rendering curves.
Qt already defines application attributes to control event compression
for general high frequency events and for tablet events in particular.
Use them on Windows also to control whether to retrieve skipped frames.
[ChangeLog][Windows] The application attributes AA_CompressTabletEvents
and AA_CompressHighFrequencyEvents are now supported on Windows 8 and
above for touch/pen input, with the same defaults as on X11 (compress
touch events, don't compress tablet events)

qdoc didn't handle this. This update fixes most of what was wrong,
but tuning the details of the namespace reference pages might follw.
We have namespace Qt as an exaqmple. Most of the elements in the Qt
namespace are in QtCore, but a few functions are declared in QtGui.
Before this update, qdoc used the hack of using #ifdef to remove the
declarations from qtextdocument.h in QtGui and .cpp and then added
them back into qtnamespace.h and .cpp in QtCore.
Now that hack is no longer necessary. The functions in the Qt namespace
that are declared in QtGui are documented there, but the documentation
is linked to from the namespace reference page, which remains in QtCore.
That is, only one \namespace command is used to document the Qt namespace,
and it appears in qnamespace.qdoc where it always did, but the documentation
for the Qt namespace functions declared in QtGui is now appears in
qtextdocument.cpp where it belongs.

Qt already has the widget attribute WA_StyleSheet to which indicates that
a widget was subject to a style sheet, but it doesn't indicate that the
widget was actually affected by the style sheet. For example, an application
style sheet will set the WA_StyleSheet attribute on all widgets, even if it
only targets QPushButtons. The WA_StyleSheetTarget new attribute pairs with
WA_StyleSheet to give this extra information.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets] Added the Qt::WA_StyleSheetTarget attribute to
indicate that a widget was affected by a style sheet.

Fixed many cases of missing return types in \fn commands.
Added a fake GLxxx typedef for a GL type that wasn't there
because the GL includes weren't accessible. Also added some
fake declarations for a few functions declared in namespace
Qt in QtWidgets that must be seen by qdoc in QtCore.

The fixes included undocumented enum values, which are now
marked as omitted, adding a test for Q_CLANG_QDOC for a
couple windows enum values, adding \fn commands for a pair
of member functions in QLocale, and a \fn command for an
obsolete function in QSqlError.

Qt was missing symbols for many dead keys defined in <X11/keysymdef.h>.
These dead keys were thus ignored by the "compose" input module. This
commit adds the missing dead key symbols.
[ChangeLog][Linux/XCB] Added missing dead key symbols, enabling their
use with the "compose" input module.

Therefore fix it in those four places to be consistent.
