This makes the Qt::AA_DisableWindowContextHelpButton flag obsolete. It
is already documented as such in Qt 5, so we can remove it now.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets] Do not show 'What's this' button anymore in
dialogs on Windows. To show the button again, you need to set
Qt::WindowsContextHelpButtonHint explicitly the top level widget.

This class has documented member functions, but only the related
\headerfile was documented. The class documentation itself was
omitted with the \dontdocument command.
Replace the \headerfile with a \class command, and move the global
functions to be related to the class itself. Keep the title as a
\keyword to avoid breaking any external links. The new class page
will inherit the .html file name of the header page, so we're safe
in that regard as well.

Remove the sharing, the function documentation is available under

Having a QtCore build optimized for AVX2 does not imply all user
binaries and libraries are optimized the same way. Most of them will
actually have been built for the base platform, which means they require
access to these tables to operate if they are using qfloat16.

When a framework is loaded from a Samba share CoreFoundation will fail
to resolve its Resources directory, and hence its Info.plist, which
means we can't look up the bundle by id.
Until this has been fixed in CoreFoundation and/or the macOS Samba
implementation we work around it by manually looking for QtCore.
This fixes our particular use-case of finding QtCore so we can resolve
the relocatable prefix, but there's still a potential issue if any other
code tries to use CF for bundle lookups. We don't seem to have any of
those in Qt itself, but this should be kept in mind if we see similar
issues in the future.

The standard makes them as big as int_least16_t / 32_t, i.e. big
enough to hold UTF-16 / UTF-32 code units. We're relying on them
to be *exactly* 16/32 bit instead.
Drive by: move the check that a char is 8 bits before saying that
