This implements the operation for Windows, macOS, and Unix, for now
only as a private API (since QFileSystemEngine is private). This adds
the capability as a testable function; public API to be agreed on and
added in a separate commit.
The Unix implementation follows the freedesktop.org specification [1]
version 1.0.
[1] https://specifications.freedesktop.org/trash-spec/trashspec-1.0.html
On macOS and Windows, native APIs are used, with each having some
limitations:
* on macOS, the file in the trash won't have a "put back" option,
as we don't use Finder automation, for the reasons provided in the
comments
* on Windows, we might not be able to use the modern IFileOperation
API, e.g. if Qt is built with mingw which doesn't seem to provide
the interface definition; the fallback doesn't provide access to
the file name in the trash
The test case creates files and directories, and moves them to the
trash. As part of the cleanup routine, it deletes all file system
entries created. If run on Windows without IFileOperations support,
this will add a file in the trash for each test run, filling up
hard drive space.

Since the backend is async, the settings will not be ready to read/write
instantly as on other platforms, but only be ready after the
filesystem has been synced to the sandbox. This takes at least 250 to
500 ms. The QSettings status() or isWritable() can be used to discern when the
settings are ready for use.
This also fixes a crash in threaded wasm

See next commit for details on why this is a good idea.
[ChangeLog][Important Behavior Changes] The Qt resource system now
supports compressing content using the Zstandard (https://zstd.net)
algorithm. Compared to zlib, it compresses better for the same CPU time,
so this algorithm is the default. QResource::isCompressed() returns true
for either compression algorithm. Use QResource::compressionAlgorithm()
to find out which algorithm to decompress. QFile will automatically
decompress using the correct algorithm.

The Embedded Android build (Boot to Qt Android injection) is defined by
having both Q_OS_ANDROID and Q_OS_ANDROID_EMBEDDED flags defined,
as well as having Qt config android-embedded.
This commit enables the possibility to build embedded Android builds.
(i.e. Qt build for Android baselayer only, without JNI)

Replace all QT_NO_PROCESS with QT_CONFIG(process), define it in
qconfig-bootstrapped.h, add QT_REQUIRE_CONFIG(process) to the qprocess
headers, exclude the sources from compilation when switched off, guard
header inclusions in places where compilation without QProcess seems
supported, drop some unused includes, and fix some tests that were
apparently designed to work with QT_NO_PROCESS but failed to.

All Apple Platforms have public API to get the environment; there is no
reason to exclude it from the UIKit subset. It can be useful for
debugging in Xcode, in particular. Furthermore, VxWorks appears to have
support for the Unix environment API, so don't exclude it either.
[ChangeLog][QtCore] QProcessEnvironment is now available on iOS, tvOS,
watchOS, and VxWorks

Until now, several solutions for the implementations of
processNameByPid() on BSD systems existed:
- one for FreeBSD using libutil through kinfo_getproc()
using sysctl() implicitly
- one for GNU/kFreeBSD using sysctl() explicitly added in commit
a8f4fa217daa1b6f7b13cc48c1e5ee8d2d76b008
OpenBSD and NetBSD also had different approaches in their ports patches
using kvm() and sysctl(). The code unifies this for all BSDs using
sysctl().

Pass -xplatform macx-tvos-clang to configure to build.
Builds device and simulator by default.
Added ‘uikit’ platform with the common setup.
Also added QT_PLATFORM_UIKIT define (undocumented).
qmake config defines tvos (but not ios).
tvOS is 64bits only (QT_ARCH is arm64) and requires bitcode to be
embedded in the binary. A new ‘bitcode’ configuration was added.
For ReleaseDevice builds (which get archived and push to the store),
bitcode is actually embedded (-fembed-bitcode passed to clang). For all
other configurations, only using bitcode markers to keep file size
down (-fembed-bitcode-marker).
Build disables Widgets in qtbase, and qtscript (unsupported,
would require fixes to JavaScriptCore source code).
Qpa same as on iOS but disables device orientation, status bar, clipboard,
menus, dialogs which are not supported on tvOS.

Replace deprecated File Manager APIs with modern equivalents.
Change some Q_OS_MACX to Q_OS_DARWIN in file system related code.
All of these apply to iOS as well as OS X, and were ifdef'ed for OS X
only primarily due to legacy reasons - carryovers from Qt 4 or Carbon
APIs which have since been refactored into using CoreFoundation.
This also makes the code consistent with the documentation.

This consolidates the _mac and _ios implementations into one, since most
details of OS X and iOS are shared.
The code base no longer uses deprecated Carbon File Manager APIs,
instead using Foundation APIs and semi-hardcoding the two cases where a
modern API is not available (Preferences and Fonts).
A few paths have changed in order to be more similar between OS X and
iOS where appropriate.
Lastly, OS X now supports QT_NO_STANDARDPATHS.

Extract helpers to be able to format classes without type names
and use those for formatting QEvents to reduce clutter.
For example:
QWidgetWindow/"MainWindowClassWindow" QMouseEvent(QEvent::Type(MouseMove), buttons=QFlags<Qt::MouseButtons>(LeftButton), localPos=QPointF(50,116), screenPos=QPointF(948,652))
QWidget/"qt_scrollarea_viewport" QMouseEvent(QEvent::Type(MouseMove), buttons=QFlags<Qt::MouseButtons>(LeftButton), localPos=QPointF(45,32), screenPos=QPointF(948,652))
becomes
QWidgetWindow/"MainWindowClassWindow" QMouseEvent(MouseMove, LeftButton, localPos=50,116, screenPos=948,652)
QWidget/"qt_scrollarea_viewport" QMouseEvent(MouseMove, LeftButton, localPos=45,32, screenPos=948,652)

Replace the existing code in QProcess that dealt with signaling of child
processes exiting with forkfd and spawnfd. The previous code was
convoluted and hard to maintain, having shown its age in the last
year. I've been running it for a year and a half and the new
implementation is definitely an improvement.
This change replaces support for the QNX Neutrino spawn() call with the
POSIX version. We lose the ability to do setsid(), but we gain quite a
few ioctls() that were done to fill in the file descriptor mapping
structure. That's also the only OS for which we have the ability to
thread-safely chdir() before the call to spawnfd().
Another advantage is that forkfd does not require a dedicated thread
running to handle child processes exiting.

This also brings in the harness to forkfd that uses QBasicAtomic
instead of the generic GCC atomics.

The current implementation returns the DocumentLocation folder.
Since now only cocoa is supported, we can use NSFileManager to get the
correct path.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][OS X] Now QStandardPaths returns the correct path
for the DownloadLocation.

Allows to retrieve information about mounted volumes such as label,
total/available size, filesystem type and so on.
Possible use cases are:
- allows to do checks about filesystem before performing actual
operation (such as available/maximum volume size)
- allows to retrive information about volume that can be shown in file
dialogs
- allows to retrieve volume for specific path and check if two or more
paths belong to the same volume or not
[ChangeLog][QtCore] Added QStorageInfo class to retrive information
about mounted volumes and drives

WinRT stores settings inside the app bundle, not in the registry.
Some tests are not fully functional due to errors in the file
implementation (See QTBUG-40588).
QSettings::SystemScope translates to a roaming container on WinRT,
meaning that settings stored inside there should be uploaded and
shared among devices. However, this is untested so far.
The tests have been updated for those platforms which do not store
the order of keys. This has been done on some locations only so
far, but needed to be done on more places for WinRT.

Commit d61e774307819 got rid of the special handling of the 'default'
category in the qloggingregistry, so we don't need the private header
file anymore, nor does it gain us anything to 'normalize' all default
categories to one string.

Use FSEvents to monitor changes in the filesystem instead of the kqueue
implementation. This removes the limit of wathed files: kqueue uses a
file descriptor for each file monitored, for which the ulimit was set by
default to 256. Now the OSX implementation on par with the other major
desktop platforms.
