In order to add the listener, we need to hook into the internal HWND.
Creating the QThreadData (thus adopting the thread) and the event
dispatcher are ok because they would happen anyway. QFileSystemWatcher
works only with the Qt event loop.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QFileSystemWatcher] Fixed a bug that caused
addPaths() to crash on Windows if adding a path to be watched on
removeable storage, if that addPaths() was called on a thread not
created by QThread and no QEventLoop has been created yet.

Previously, the native event filter listening on removable drivers
was installed on QCoreApplication::eventDispatcher() which led to
a mismatch when launched from a non-GUI thread since
~QAbstractNativeEventFilter() removes itself from
QAbstractEventDispatcher::instance().

Previously, the updating of drives in QFileSystemModel was connected
to a signal triggering when a drive containing watched files was
removed via QFileSystemWatcher notification. This did not trigger
when a drive that was not expanded in the view was removed, since
no files were watched.
Since QFileSystemModel is not interested in the path of the drive
being removed, add a generic signal triggered by
DBT_DEVTYP_VOLUME/DBT_DEVICEREMOVECOMPLETE and use that to update
the drives.

QWindowsFileSystemWatcherEngine uses one change notification
per directory to watch directories or files within that
directory. Adding files and their directories in a sequence
caused the value in QWindowsFileSystemWatcherEngineThread::HandleForDirHash
to be overwritten.
Relax the check for the flags (watcher attributes) to use >= and recreate
the change notification of a directory should its flags be insufficient.
This triggers when a file is added after its directory since files
require more attributes.

Add a class QWindowsRemovableDriveListener to
QWindowsFileSystemWatcherEngine listening to the WM_DEVICECHANGE messages
sent to the top level windows to detect insertion and removal of USB drives.
In addition, hook into QWindowsFileSystemWatcherEngine::addPaths() when
watching on removable drives, registering a notification for a
volume-lock-for-removal message on the internal window handle obtained from
QEventDispatcherWin32. When a request to lock the volume for removal is
received, remove the paths from the watcher, enabling removal.
The class instance is set as a dynamic property on the QFileSystemWatcher where
it can be retrieved from clients. This is primarily intended for use by
QFileInfoGatherer/QFileSystemModel.

The old code asked each thread to stop, and then waited for
that one thread to finish before deleting it and turning
to the next thread in line.
Split the three actions, ie. first ask all threads to stop,
then wait for all threads to finish, and only then delete
all of them.
Apart from being more icache-friendly, this enables more
concurrency, as stopped threads' cleanup work can overlap
with other's, thus reducing the wait() time per thread to
potentially zero.
Did not replicate the inefficient foreach loop, but went
with C++11 range-fors directly.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Remove all trailing whitespace from the following list of files:
*.cpp *.h *.conf *.qdoc *.pro *.pri *.mm *.rc *.pl *.qps *.xpm *.txt *README
excluding 3rdparty, test-data and auto generated code.
Note A): the only non 3rdparty c++-files that still
have trailing whitespace after this change are:
* src/corelib/codecs/cp949codetbl_p.h
* src/corelib/codecs/qjpunicode.cpp
* src/corelib/codecs/qbig5codec.cpp
* src/corelib/xml/qxmlstream_p.h
* src/tools/qdoc/qmlparser/qqmljsgrammar.cpp
* src/tools/uic/ui4.cpp
* tests/auto/other/qtokenautomaton/tokenizers/*
* tests/benchmarks/corelib/tools/qstring/data.cpp
* util/lexgen/tokenizer.cpp
Note B): in about 30 files some overlapping 'leading tab' and
'TAB character in non-leading whitespace' issues have been fixed
to make the sanity bot happy. Plus some general ws-fixes here
and there as asked for during review.

This causes all sorts of problems, but is also blocking the introduction of new,
more detailed signals, because the backend never correctly identified the removal.
The object handle appears to be woken up before the directory is actually
deleted, thus causing QFileInfo::exists() to return true, and not doing the
removal dance. This behaviour isn't exactly documented (as far as I was able to
find out), but also seems to happen consistently, and Chromium also contains
a comment noting a similar issue.

These threads are actually counterproductive, as generally speaking, processing
watches is not that expensive an operation, so instead, they process at full
speed and can (in the case of slow processing in the thread processing the
events) stack up and consume resources for no good reason.
Threads also have an additional resource consumption per engine (some ~8mb of
thread stack on Linux), so doing away with them is nice.
A side effect of this change is that events are now effectively rate-limited by
the eventloop speed of the thread they run in, so if your thread runs too slow,
and you recieve a lot of events, on some platforms, events may be dropped now
where in the past, they would be read by the monitor thread and turned into Qt
signals (thus not visibly showing as a problem, apart from invisibly bloating
memory usage).
