QJson has a size limitation for arrays and objects. Make sure we
don't go over that size limit and create corrupt objects when
inserting data.

QJsonDocument stores the entire JSON tree in its binary format. Since
the binary format is the same on-disk as in-memory, it has a fixed
endianness. But when converting from QString to the little-endian
format, the code accidentally converted twice (from little endian, to
little endian), which resulted in a no-op and the string got stored as
big-endian.
It's like encrypting with double-ROT13.
No new testcase because tst_QtJson::removeNonLatinKey was already
failing and gets fixed by this commit.

This also reduces the number of variables modified in each loop from two
(l and i) to one (just i) and avoids calling str.length() all the
time. Those should be no-op changes, but why not help the optimizer?

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

This reverts commit 20cf632ad5f3ffe7b0fd231724c971f4e07304eb. The commit
produced to many problems during statics destruction. For example
causing QtCreator crash (QTBUG-40987).

to wrong sorting of keys in QJsonObjects when the keys were

Before this change such code:
QJsonObject o;
o["blah"];
would create property "blah" and assign null value to it, while
this code:
const QJsonObject o;
o["blah"];
would not. The change unifies the confusing behavior. Now reading
a non-existing property, is not causing a property to be added
in any visible way.
Internally QJsonObject stores a special hash of undefined, but
referenced values. Such reference is supposed to not live long,
only to the first compacting or assignment.

Previously Qt JSON writer would only emit 6 digits of precision as this
is the default with the formatter.
However with testing against NodeJS JSON.stringify() this behavior is
inconsistent with the defacto standard JSON implementation and conveys
a loss of precision.

My interpretation of RFC4627, Section 2.4 "Numbers" of:
Numeric values that cannot be represented as sequences of digits
(such as Infinity and NaN) are not permitted.
I have also verified this matter with NodeJS JSON.stringify() that
emitting a null is consistent behavior with a JSON implementation
written in JavaScript.
Previously Qt would emit:
{
plusInfinity: inf,
minusInfinity: -inf,
notANumber: nan
}
Which maybe turned into a string values of "inf", "-inf", "nan" by
the receiving parser. Now it returns the JSON null value just like
NodeJS JSON.stringify().

The code was only allocating memory for the next insertion
leading to a reallocation of the whole data for every
single insertion.
The code now reserves some space and uses a decent growth
strategy to avoid repeated reallocs.

line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

QLatin1String now has a constructor that takes explicit length, which makes it
possible to create QLatin1String that do not have null-termination character.
Fixed QString::operator> and < to be safe in that case.
In the same patch fixed qtjson which had operator< implemented in the same way.
QString::compare(QLatin1String) is still broken and will be fixed separately.

QVariants and a binary format for JSON that is
extremely fast to use together with the C++ API.
