In case QEventDispatcherWinRT::runOnXamlThread returns an error the
runtime sets the status of IAsyncInfo to Error. At the point when the
IAsyncInfo destructor is invoked, an unhandled exception is thrown
indicating the error has not been handled, causing any application to
just crash deep inside the Windows platform libraries.
Hence, in case runOnXamlThread returns non-S_OK we have to manually
invoke Close() of the IAsyncInfo to tell the system we have taken care
of everything.

Instead of using a "custom wait function" in cases,
where a timeout is needed (like in qhostinfo_winrt.cpp)
we should have the timeout as part of our await
function.
By having one common place to handle this, we can avoid
unnecessary warnings, that might be caused by custom
functions. The current implementation in qhostinfo
for example causes at least 1 "originate error"
exception per call.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Those functions weren't getting properly namespaced. Even if we're
testing WinRT namespaced builds, it wouldn't catch this mistake: those
functions would simply all be in the global namespace. I guess we don't
have a "namespace cleanliness" test.

Keep the WinRT specific parts for WinRT only. This commit is a partial
reversal of 67c83f329e7fb6fbf5d8e402f42ea8916c34f01c "Tighten Q_OS_WINRT
ifdefs in qfunctions_winrt.h", which let the WinRT definitions out too
wide.
Strictly speaking, the C++ code that uses
Microsoft::WRL::ComPtr<IAsyncInfo> without the #include is broken. The
forward definition is not enough, but since Visual Studio is also
broken, two wrongs made a right... (MSVC does not implement two-stage
parsing of template code properly). But if you accidentally tried to
compile qfunctions_winrt.h with a non-broken compiler, like GCC (MinGW),
it would correctly complain.

That commit exposed part of qfunctions_winrt.h for non-WinRT use
(Windows 8) without wrapping with Q_OS_WIN. That meant the headercheck
pass failed to compile when outside of Windows.

As most of the Windows Runtime API is asynchronous, we have used various
methods for blocking in the calling thread waiting for the operation to
complete. This introduces an inline method, QWinRTFunctions::await(),
which performs the wait in a consistent and safe manner.

Using the same approach as, wince qfunctions_winrt
is introduced to replace functions not available
on Windows Runtime by their successor functions/
equivalents.
Additionally this functionality is used for implementing
a fake environment because WinRT does not support
getting/setting of environment variables. The approach
here is also the same that is used for wince.
