The developer should see what's wrong even on release builds.
That code hides any mistakes we do in JNI which are pretty critical
for developers because they can't see what's wrong with their code. e.g.
QtAndroid::activity().callMethod<void>("wrongMethodName")
*silently* fails, which is so wrong!

Conflicts:
src/corelib/io/qtemporarydir.cpp
One side encapsulated a repeated piece of #if-ery in a local define;
the other added to the #if-ery. Made its addition to the other's.
src/corelib/kernel/qeventdispatcher_unix_p.h
One side moved some members into a struct; this collided with a #undef
check that neither side now has. Discarded the #undef part.
src/gui/opengl/qopengltexturehelper_p.h
5.7 deleted a bunch of methods; not clear why merge got confused.
src/tools/moc/moc.cpp
One added a name to the copyright header; another changed its URL.

Previously the jclass handle was part of the key used for caching the
class' methods and fields. Using the jclass handle is not ideal, but
it meant that we could easily create a key when the only identifier we
had was the jobject or jclass handle. However, in Android 5.1, the
re-use of handles seems to be more aggressive and therefore increasing
the chance of a collision in the cache look-up.
This change removes caching for all calls where we don't know the class
name, as that is the only thing that guarantees that we create unique
keys for each class. The consequence of this is that only calls that
provide a class name will benefit from the internal caching.

Previously we would take ownership of all threads when attempting to
attach it to the VM, regardless if it was already attached or not, to
avoid expensive re-attachments in our own code. The downside of this
approach is that we might hijack threads the user wants to control
themselves, and the later detach the thread while it still in use, e.g.,
after the QApplication instance is destroyed.
This change does not add any infrastructure to enable more advanced
management of attached threads, so threads might still be hijacked if
the user make a call directly or indirectly through the QJNI API's on
a thread that's not attached.

Adds an internal class for handling local jni references. When calling
raw jni functions the returned object is usually a local reference, to
avoid overflowing the local reference table we need to free any local
ref. as soon as we're done with them. The class QJNIScopedLocalRef,
a QScopedPointer, makes this process a lot easier.

We where allowing conversion from jobject to QJNIObject without taking
ownership of the jobject. Since we are managing the JNI environment we
should not allow conversions without having the option of taking
ownership of the local ref. This is now done by making the conversions
explicit, i.e., local refs are converted through
QJNIObjectPrivate::fromLocalRef() and global refs through the
QJNIObjectPrivate's jobject constructor.
This change breaks SC, but the API is private and no usage have been
found outside QtBase.

In the toolchain for x86 the va_list type is defined as char *, which
in itself isn't strange, but it was somewhat unexpected as it differs
from the arm toolchains. Either way we should not make assumption about
the va_list type as there is no guarantee it won't cause conflicts when
overloading. This fix simply renames the private overloads.

This change adds guards to ensure that we only do a class
look-up once when calling QJNIEnvironmentPrivate::findClass().
IF someone calls findClass() with an environment that does not contain
a "valid" class loader, we should fallback to loadClass(),
but only once.

In some cases the classLoader is not able to resolve fully-qualified

the fully-qualified name to contain slashes, the classLoader expects
the binary name, i.e., with '.' as separator.
This caused a crash in QtMultimedia when accessing a nested class.

When interfacing with Java API's on Android we need to write code using

amount of work needed to write JNI code.
