Because of an upcoming change to the meta-object data format, the
ability to extract parameter types from a signature will be needed by
meta-object builders (such as QMetaObjectBuilder) soon.

14 is the number of fields (ints) in the QMetaObjectPrivate struct
as of revision 6.
Use the calculated number of fields instead, so that the code will
still be correct when more fields are added in future revisions.

qmetaobjectbuilder should generate meta-objects of the same version
as moc; in the future, when the moc version is bumped, QMOB has to
be adapted at the same time.
QMOB was generating version 4 meta-objects. This patch makes it
generate version 6 (the current version). This also fixes a bug with
using qt_static_metacall with QMOB (setStaticMetacallFunction()); it
was already using the version 6 qt_static_metacall signature, which
isn't compatible with version 4.
Also add tests that ensure that the QMOB-generated meta-object works
with real objects; in particular we want to test the codepaths in Qt
that check for version >= 4.

As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

This add an overload to disconnect which is symetrical to the new
syntax of connect.
It is possible to diconnect connection like this:
QObject::connect( sender, &Sender::valueChanged,
receiver, &Receiver::updateValue );
QObject::disconnect( sender, &Sender::valueChanged,
receiver, &Receiver::updateValue );
This overload only work with pointer to member function, and not static
functions or functors.
The test is copied from tst_QObject::disconnect(), just
changed the syntax of the connection and disconnection

From a bool to a handle to to connection.
Also added a new overload of disconnect that disconnect a handle
This is required because with the new syntax taking lambda or functors,
it is the only way to disconnect a connection (as it is impossible to
compare functors)
The new return value is QMetaObject::Connection, it is a wrapper around
the internal QObjectPrivate::Connection.
QObjectPrivate::Connection is now reference counted.
tst_qglobal.cpp:
This test set up an internal callback, and the callback do not set any
proper connection handle (and tbh, it would be hard for it to do so).
So the returned QMetaObject::Connection is invalid, and ok is false
(Internal callbacks are only used for jambi and should probably be removed)

This function is only used in src/tools/moc/moc.cpp and
src/corelib/kernel/qmetaobject.cpp. We don't need to include the
static, non-inline declaration and definition every time
qmetaobject_p.h is included.
This also silences the related warning from clang:

QtDBus requires a QVariant argument to be passed to property reads and
writes. For performance reasons QtDeclarative does not do this. By
flagging the meta object as requiring this, QtDeclarative can do so only
required.
