I see no good reason why the NaN returned when reading "nan" as a
double should be a signaling one; a quiet one should be just fine.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QLocale] The NaN obtained when reading "nan" as a
floating-point value is now quiet rather than signaling.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QTextStream] The NaN obtained when reading "nan"
as a floating-point value is now quiet rather than signaling.

Instead of four pairs of :1 :15 bit fields, use an array of four :1,
:15 structs. This allows to replace the case folding traits classes
with a simple enum that indexes into said array.
I don't know what the WASM #ifdef'ed code is supposed to effect (a :0
bit-field is only useful to separate adjacent bit-field into separate
memory locations for multi-threading), but I thought it safer to leave
it in, and that means the array must be a 64-bit block of its own, so
I had to move two fields around.
Saves ~4.5KiB in text size on optimized GCC 10 LTO Linux AMD64 builds.

GCC doesn't like the sequence
: 5
: 5
: 8
: 6
: 8
and inserts a :6 padding between the :5 and the :8 and a :2 padding
between the :6 and the :8, growing the bitfield by 8 bits of embedded
padding and another byte to bring the struct back to sizeof % 2 == 0.
Fix by reshuffling the elements and adding a static_assert for the
next round.
Saves ~5KiB in QtCore executable size.

This broke when QLatin1Literal got deprecated in change 45373c19243aea335897ba0f371a1dd53ae8f079
Both hunks in this patch are needed. The hunk in syncqt.pl removes the
QT_DEPRECATED_X(...) macro if it appears solely on a line in source code,
the second hunk inserts a newline after the QT_DEPRECATED_X(...) macro usage
to trigger that code path in the Perl script.
Before/after comparison of the headers generated in include/QtCore:
```
% diff ~/old.txt ~/new.txt
105a106
> QLatin1Literal
```

Replace a locally-defined MutexUnlocker with a call to unlock() +
qScopedGuard'ed lock() to avoid having to spell out the locker type
while we can't depend on C++17 CTAD, yet.
In QSettings, move the new mutex locker into and out of
initDefaultPaths(), such as is idiomatic for std::unique_lock, but
wasn't possible with QMutexLocker (which is not movable).

Add QCalendarBackend as a base class for calendar implementations and
QCalendar as a facade via which to access it.
QDate's implicit implementation of the Gregorian calendar becomes
QGregorianCalendar and QDate methods now support choice of calendar.
Convert QLocale's CLDR data for month names to a locale-data component
of each supported calendar and relevant QLocale methods now support
choice of calendar. Adapt Python scripts for locale data generation to
extract month name data from CLDR (keeping on version v35.1) into the
new calendar-locale files. The locale data for the Gregorian calendar
is held in a Roman calendar base, for sharing with other calendars.
Add tests for basic uses of the new API.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QCalendar] Added QCalendar to support diverse
calendars, supported by implementing QCalendarBackend.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QDate] Allow choice of calendar in various
operations, with Gregorian remaining the default.

As a macro, we can't directly deprecate it, but need to make it call
something deprecated. That is a new ctor with a new enum type
added. The type might be useful for other such ventures, so put it

Amends e89fbd8c3aa50a24e5fc02ab710ccca67fce98e2.
- While QString::data() never returns nullptr, QStringView::data()
may, which makes calling QStringView{}.toWCharArray() UB on Windows
(since memcpy's 2nd argument must never be nullptr, even if the size
is zero). Fix by protecting the memcpy call.
- QStringView, by design, does not use out-of-line member functions,
because calling these forces the QStringView object onto the stack.
Fix by making inline.
Also use the more efficient qToStringViewIgnoringNull(), as the result
does not depend on QString::isNull() (no characters are written
either way), and add a missing article to the function's docs.

Now that we have QStringView::arg(), we can use it to implement a
similarly flexible QString::arg(). It's not as straight-forward as in
QStringView, though: QString has existing arg() overloads that all
become worse matches with the introduction of the new,
perfectly-forwarding overload.
So in order to allow calling of the other arg() functions, first
constrain the new arg() function to arguments that are convertible to
QString, QStringView, or QLatin1String, and then delegate to the
QStringView version. To stay compatible with the previous overloads,
which accepted anything that implicitly converts to QString (in
particular, QStringBuilder expressions), add a new overload of
qStringLikeToView, taking const QString &. This benefits the existing
QStringView and QLatin1View versions, too.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QString] QString::arg(QString, ..., QString) can
now be called with more than nine arguments, as well as with
QStringViews.
