Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

First and foremost, the STL-style iterators don't do this. Those don't
provide a guarantee that the container won't get shared again while the
iterator is active.
Second, there's no protection against a second mutable iterator being
created and resetting the sharable flag back to true.
[ChangeLog][Important behavior changes] The mutable Java-style iterators
like QListMutableIterator and QHashMutableIterator no longer set the
parent container to unsharable mode. If you create a copy of the
container being iterated on after the iterator, any changes done with
the iterator might affect the copy too.

The ability to set a container to be unsharable has very little use and
it costs us an extra conditional for every refcount up and possibly
down.
This change is a no-op for current Qt 5. It shuffles a few things around
just so Qt can compile if you define QT_NO_UNSHARABLE_CONTAINERS. That
is done to ease the fixing of the code in Qt 6 and to make my life
easier: I'll keep that defined in my local Qt build so I can catch any
misuses of this deprecated API.
The newly deprecated methods are not marked QT_DEPRECATED because the
bootstrapped tools wouldn't build -- they're built with QT_NO_DEPRECATED
defined, which causes build errors.
[ChangeLog][QtCore] The setSharable() and isSharable() functions in Qt
containers has been deprecated and will be removed in Qt 6. New
applications should not use this feature, while old applications that
may be using this (undocumented) feature should port away from it.

When calling intersect() on a large (1000000 items) QSet, with a small
(1000 items) QSet as the argument, the function takes signifcantly
longer than when the operand and the argument are reversed. This is
because the operand set is always iterated over in its entirety.
This patch changes intersect() to iterate over the smaller set. This
reduces the large operand scenario's benchmark to ~0.000063
milliseconds, compared to the current ~134 milliseconds:
1000000.intersect(1000) = empty: 0.000063 (was 134)
1000.intersect(1000000) = empty: 0.000039 (was 0.000036)
1000000.intersect(1000) = 500: 0.10 vs (was 130)
1000.intersect(1000000) = 500: 0.023 vs (was 0.093)
1000000.intersect(1000) = 1000: 0.20 vs (was 139)
1000.intersect(1000000) = 1000: 0.017 vs (was 0.016)

These are easy, since they can be inline. Most types that would
benefit from move constructors can't have inline move constructors
because these types use smart pointers whose destructor is invoked
in the type's move constructor. Implementing move constructors
out-of-line would break binary compatibility between C++98 and C++11
builds of Qt and its users, so that is not attempted here.

C++11 adds cbegin()/cend() functions for the same reason Qt has
constBegin()/constEnd(). This patch adds these functions to the
Qt containers with the same implementation as constBegin()/constEnd().
It also fixes the return types in the documentation of existing
constFind() functions (documentation only).
C++11 only adds cbegin()/cend() (and crbegin()/crend(), which Qt doesn't have).
In particular, it doesn't add cfind(), so I didn't supply these, even though
Qt comes with constFind().
This is a forward-port of https://qt.gitorious.org/qt/qt/merge_requests/1365.

line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.
