The is a copy of the QString::SplitBehavior enum, but scoped
in the Qt namespace instead of inside QString, where it creates
problems using it elsewhere (QStringView, in particular).
Overload all QString{,Ref} functions taking QString::SplitBehavior
with Qt::SplitBehavior.
Make Qt::SplitBehavior a QFlags for easier future extensions (e.g.
a hint to use Boyer-Moore searching).
Added tests in QStringApiSymmetry.
[ChangeLog][QtCore] Added new Qt::SplitBehavior.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QString/QStringRef] The split functions now
optionally take Qt::SplitBehavior.

Something nice we'd like to detect for array-backed containers
is if the iterator passed is a Contiguous one; if the type is also
trivially copyable / Q_PRIMITIVE_TYPE, we could memcpy() the whole
range.
However, there's no trait in the Standard to detect contiguous
iterators (the best approximation would be detecting if the iterator
is actually a pointer). Also, it's probably not smart to do the work
now for QVector since QVector needs refactoring anyhow, and this work
will be lost.
QString and QByteArray are left in another commit.

Commit 8b6100d512 removed
bool QtPrivate::QStringList_contains(const QStringList *that, const QString &str, ...)
(in favor of a QStringView overload). However this was used inline in
qstringlist.h, so apps were referencing that symbol directly.
As a result, upgrading to Qt 5.12 gave errors like
libKF5ConfigCore.so.5.50.0: undefined reference to `QtPrivate::QStringList_contains(QStringList const*, QString const&, Qt::CaseSensitivity)@Qt_5'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

switch it off in the bootstrap build, remove the #ifdefs from
qregularexpression.{h|cpp}, and add QT_REQUIRE_CONFIG(regularexpression)

qregularexpression.{h|cpp} are already correctly excluded in tools.pri

Costs only ~300B in text size in QtCore, which is roughly compensated by
savings in other QtBase libraries, even without specifically porting
users to QL1S.
Of course, the raison d'être for this overload is avoiding the expensive
QLatin1String -> QString conversion which, for small lists, can take up
to 50% of the total runtime (assuming memory allocations dominate over
scanning and copying the list).
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QStringList] Added join(QLatin1String) overload.

Importantly, hides it while inheriting from QList so it does not

combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)

This shotgun-surgery approach is motivated by trying to get a
clean(er) build for -Wnoexcept on GCC, so it is expected that
for any class touched here, there will be more operations that
can be marked nothrow. But they don't show up in conditional
noexcept clauses, yet, so they are deferred to some later
commit.

There's a lot of code now requiring it. Any compiler that doesn't
support the keyword is too old for Qt now. The last time anyone asked
about this macro was for QTBUG-27393 and we don't know which compiler
that was.
As a necessity, this patch contains a reversal of
a0c3a57aed5cde37017733e7cf5e41cc6a1174aa
[ChangeLog][Compiler Specific Changes] Qt 5.5 now unconditionally uses
the "using" keyword. Compilers that do not support this keyword are
deprecated and will not be able to build Qt. Previous versions of Qt may
or may not compile, as no testing was done to ensure it worked.

This overload avoids the needless heap allocation that the traditional
overload incurs due to the implicit QChar -> QString conversion
involved there.
In order to share the implementation between the two overloads,
QStringList_join now takes the separator as a (Char*,int) tuple
instead of as a QString.

QBool was introduced with Qt-4.0, to detect Qt3-like code like
if (c.contains(d) == 2) and break compilation on such constructs.
This isn't necessary anymore, given that such code couldn't possibly
compile in Qt4 times.
And QBool was confusing developers, and creating compile errors (e.g.
QVariant doesn't have support for it), so better remove it for Qt 5.
