QListSpecialMethod is an internal class. Everything needs to be hidden
from Q_QDOC otherwise while parsing with clang, we get errors.
Importantly, hides it while inheriting from QList so it does not
appear in the documentation

I wrote a script to help find the files, but I reviewed the
contributions manually to be sure I wasn't claiming copyright for search
& replace, adding Q_DECL_NOTHROW or adding "We mean it" headers.

From Qt 5.7 -> LGPL v2.1 isn't an option anymore, see

Updated license headers to use new LGPL header instead of LGPL21 one
(in those files which will be under LGPL v3)

QList publicly inherits from QListSpecialMethods. Thus, any specialisation
of QListSpecialMethods should make their destructor protected, to avoid
deletion through a pointer to QListSpecialMethods invoking UB.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

This shotgun-surgery approach is motivated by trying to get a
clean(er) build for -Wnoexcept on GCC, so it is expected that
for any class touched here, there will be more operations that
can be marked nothrow. But they don't show up in conditional
noexcept clauses, yet, so they are deferred to some later
commit.

They aren't needed. The template version for QList in qdatastream.h is
sufficient.
This is binary compatible, since the functions were never exported. It's
also source compatible, provided no one tried to do:
QDataStream & (*fptr)(QDataStream &, QStringList &) = &operator>>;

There's a lot of code now requiring it. Any compiler that doesn't
support the keyword is too old for Qt now. The last time anyone asked
about this macro was for QTBUG-27393 and we don't know which compiler
that was.
As a necessity, this patch contains a reversal of
a0c3a57aed5cde37017733e7cf5e41cc6a1174aa
[ChangeLog][Compiler Specific Changes] Qt 5.5 now unconditionally uses
the "using" keyword. Compilers that do not support this keyword are
deprecated and will not be able to build Qt. Previous versions of Qt may
or may not compile, as no testing was done to ensure it worked.

QStringList = QList<QString> already compiled, but was interpreted as
QStringList = QStringList(QList<QString>), which involves the QList
copy ctor. Adding the overload saves that copy.
Cannot use a using declaration here, since the return type is different.

inherited from QList, too.
This is BC and SC since QStringList isn't exported.

using two different defines is the right thing to do.
Also, document the new define in qfeatures.{txt,h}.

This overload avoids the needless heap allocation that the traditional
overload incurs due to the implicit QChar -> QString conversion
involved there.
In order to share the implementation between the two overloads,
QStringList_join now takes the separator as a (Char*,int) tuple
instead of as a QString.

As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

QBool was introduced with Qt-4.0, to detect Qt3-like code like
if (c.contains(d) == 2) and break compilation on such constructs.
This isn't necessary anymore, given that such code couldn't possibly
compile in Qt4 times.
And QBool was confusing developers, and creating compile errors (e.g.
QVariant doesn't have support for it), so better remove it for Qt 5.
