This looks like an underlying issue in the model/view implementation
which relies on accessible interfaces that are not representing a qobject.
We know it's not perfect and needs fixing, but for now at least don't crash.
[ChangeLog][macOS][Accessibility] A common crash in accessibility on macOS was fixed.

Generally isValid should be called by the bridge, but in this case, we
must verify the validity internally since we derefernce the interface
internally.

QAccessibleCache is a QObject which emits signals at destruction time.
This can lead to crashes in situations where the library is unloaded
after QApplication has been deleted, for example in PySide2.
Change it to a pointer instance variable that is cleaned up by a
post routine.

As of version 10.12 (Sierra), the name of Apple's desktop operating
system will be macOS. Change the occurrences where the Mac platform
is discussed to use a macro \macos, which expands to 'macOS'. This
helps with adapting to future renaming.
Update the instructions on mac-specific Q_OS_* macro usage.
Add a \target for the old 'Qt for OS X' topic to keep links working
for other documentation modules that try to link with the old name.

QMakeEvaluator:
* evaluateConditional(): one side changed return type, the other
changed a parameter type.
* split_value_list(): one side changed a parameter adjacent to where ...
* expandVariableReferences(): ... the other killed one overload and
changed the survivor
src/corelib/io/qlockfile_unix.cpp
One side changed a #if condition, the other moved NETBSD's part of
what it controlled.
src/corelib/tools/qdatetime.cpp
One side fixed a reachable Q_UNREACHABLE in toMSecsSinceEpoch(), the
other moved it from the private class to the public one, in the midst
of the "short date-time" optimization, which confused diff entirely.
One side changed a QStringLiteral to QLatin1String, the other rewrote
adjoining code.
src/network/kernel/qauthenticator.cpp
Both rewrote a line, equivalently; kept the dev version.
src/platformsupport/fontdatabases/mac/qfontengine_coretext.mm
src/platformsupport/fontdatabases/mac/qfontengine_coretext_p.h
One side changed #if-ery that the other removed.
tools/configure/configureapp.cpp
One side added a check to -target parsing; the other killed -target.

There was no git-conflict in
src/widgets/kernel/qformlayout.cpp
but it didn't compile; one side removed some unused methods; the other
found uses for one of them. Put FixedColumnMatrix<>::removeRow(int)

When QAccessible::uniqueId was called, it would call QHash::key(),
which has linear time performance. This can cause application
slowdown if a big number of QAccessibleInterface Ids have to be found.
The patch adds an additional QHash to keep track of the inverse
relationship from QAccessibleInterface pointers to their Ids.

The new modular configuration system requires one global
header per module, that is included by all other files in
this module.
A similar scheme and naming convention is already being used
for many other modules (e.g. printsupport, qml, quick).
That header will later on #include the configuration file
for Qt Gui. For now it defines the Q_GUI_EXPORT macro for
this library.
In addition, add a private global header, qtguiglobal_p.h,
that can later on include the private config header for
Qt Gui for things we don't want to export to the world.

This warning was a good idea when the plugins were needed to give a hint
where to start debugging. Now the a11y plugins were merged into
qtwidgets/qtquick, so there is no more need for this warning which may
pop up on custom widgets e.g. inheriting QWindow.

This was a regression (it worked in 4.8) that was probably introduced
by the refactoring of the accessibility framework in Qt 5.
Now, QPlatformAccessibility::notifyAccessibilityUpdate() is called
regardless of isActive(), so its the responsibility of each
implementation of notifyAccessibilityUpdate() to check for isActive()
where it matters.

By making the destructor (usually the first non-inline, non-pure,
virtual function, and therefore the trigger for most compilers to
emit the vtable and type_info structures for the class in that TU)
out-of-line, vtables and, more importantly, type_info strucures for
the class are pinned to a single TU. This prevents false negative
dynamic_cast and catch evaluation.
In this third batch, we de-inline dtors of exported public classes
from the QAccessible subsytem.
Since they are already exported, users of these classes are unaffected
by the change, but since it's public API, and the dtors may have been
de-virtualized and inlined into application code, we need to avoid
adding code to the out-of-line dtor until Qt 6.
