On systems where the pkg-config source fails, configure falls back to
a library source of the type 'freetype'. This ignored variables like
FREETYPE_LIBS users can pass to configure.
The qtConfLibrary_freetype function now diverts to
qtConfLibrary_inline which handles all those variables.

The variable QMAKE_DEFAULT_INCDIRS was misspelled, which means we
never really looked for freetype in the default paths.

The sysrootification of QMAKE_INCDIR_OPENGL on macOS must happen only
once. Commit 49ef3773 addressed this but stored the sysrootified
QMAKE_INCDIR_OPENGL in qt_lib_gui_private.pri. For installer packages,
these paths are the paths of the build machine and most likely wrong
on the user's machine.
This reverts commit 4949ef377349ba4dae840c2d5caa36e2d516707baa and
restores the sysrootification in sdk.prf. The original include paths
are assigned to QMAKE_EXPORT_INCDIR_OPENGL and stored as
QMAKE_INCDIR_OPENGL in qt_lib_gui_private.pri.

The sysrootification of OpenGL include paths must be done only once: at
configure time. The resolved paths are stored since 521a8539 and must not be
resolved again.
Turn the makeSpec-type opengl library into a custom-type one, and do
the sysrootification in the handler function.

When building ANGLE, we need the shader compiler (fxc.exe), which is not
shipped with MinGW. Previously, we required an installed DirectX SDK.
For Windows versions >= 8, the DX SDK is also part of the Windows Kit,
so we also allow the user to specify the location of the Windows Kit.
We also detect fxc on 64-bit hosts now, and in newer SDK versions which
version the binary directory.
The detected binary is now exported by configure, so the ANGLE project
file does not need to duplicate the logic anymore.

properly atomize the libraries and express their dependencies, and
adjust the project files accordingly.
note that we don't try to use any additional paths, as all SDKs we
currently support have built-in directx 11 support:
- msvc2013 comes with win sdk 8.1; that is also used for win7 targets
- mingw-64 5.3 (though this one is missing fxc, which is why the code
path for using an external sdk for that remains)

fix the plugin name (it was missing the leading 'q') and the name used
in configure (the latter making it unnecessary to mess with it in the
mkspec). the qt.prf override which forced linkage of the plugin is also
removed due to being completely redundant.

the json format uses single strings for library sources, as that leads
to less noisy source text. however, this implies the need for de-quoting
and subsequent re-quoting whenever the values are processed. so change
the internal representation to regular qmake string lists as the first
thing when processing the lib source, and re-quote only when outputting
the values.
CFLAGS are excluded, because we'll deal with them differently.

3edcd9420e3ad661cad89420e18dbb70e7ad450b added more robust support
for keyboard input on XKeyboard-less X servers. The various fallbacks
that we had did not work that well in practice. We can remove them now.
The xkb_keymap_new_from_names() function relies on reading XKB config
files from a file system. Since we don't use this function anymore, we
can also simplify xkb context creation (see XKB_CONTEXT_NO_DEFAULT_INCLUDES),
as we don't care about DFLT_XKB_CONFIG_ROOT (which we previously set
via -xkb-config-root for the bundled libxkbcommon).
This patch also changes the code to use smart pointers for managing
the global xkb context, keymap and state.
[ChangeLog][X11] The -xkb-config-root command line switch has been
removed as it it no longer needed when configuring with -qt-xkbcommon-x11.

Pass qtConfLibrary_freetype test even when the .../freetype2 folder
is not found, so that freetype and fontconfig config.tests are run.
This fixes freetype detection on QNX, since the freetype headers are
located in the default .../include folder.

convert the ugly config.tests/[...]/freetype.pri file into a custom
callback in configure.pri, and reinstate pkg-config use for freetype.
subsequently, use QMAKE_USE for the actual library references.
this fixes in particular cross-builds, as the new configure was not
passing the necessary information to the test any more, so the old .pri
file misbehaved.
