The change creates a slight source incompatibility. The main
things to take care of are
* code using printf statements on list.size(). Using qsizetype in
printf statements will always require a cast to work on both 32
and 64 bit.
* A few places where overloads now get ambiguous. One example is
QRandomGenerator::bounded() that has overloads for int, uint and
double, but not int64.
* Streaming list.size() to a QDataStream will change the format
depending on the architecture.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QList] QList now uses qsizetype to index into
elements.

Amends 32b586864e3a4398da38c045f4ac0823c3dc3c57, which added an override
of QStandardItemModel::roleNames(). It's good for it to have its own
QHash so that roles can be added, and because
QStandardItemModel::setItemRoleNames() remains un-deprecated; but before
that change, they were the roles that QAbstractItemModel had initialized
from QAbstractItemModelPrivate::defaultRoleNames(). In particular, we
need "display" to map to Qt::DisplayRole by default; several tests in
qtdeclarative depend on that.

We remove the QT_NO_TOOLTIP check from qstandarditemmodel.h, because as
the 'tooltip' feature is in QtWidgets, we cannot use it properly in
QtGui. Also this affects just two non-virtual inline methods, i.e. it
has no effect on library size.

I made a clazy automated check that replaced the use of QVariant::Type
by the equivalent in QMetaType.
This has been deprecated since Qt 5.0, but many uses were not yet removed.
In addition, there was some manual changes to fix the compilation errors.
Adapted the Private API of QDateTimeParser and QMimeDataPrivate
and adjust QDateTimeEdit and QSpinBox.
QVariant(QVariant::Invalid) in qstylesheet made no sense.
But note that in QVariant::save, we actually wanted to use the non-user type.
In the SQL module, many changes were actually reverted because the API
still expects QVarient::Type.

When an existing item is replaced with a new one in
QStandardItemModel::setItem() then the persitent index is invalidated
which leads to some unexpected behaviors (like e.g the header size and
resize mode are reset).
Therefore we have to make sure that the invalidation does not happen.
This can be achieved by delaying the call to QStandardItem::setModel()
for the old item until the new is properly added. After this, the old
item no longer gets a valid QModelIndex from the model and therefore
can't invalidate the persistent index anymore.

Qt for Python users reading the documentation assume that int(0) can

In a follow-up step, the \nullptr macro can be defined as None

Instead of caching the last index of a search for a child item, cache
the index of the child in the child item. When the item model is not
changed, the index is valid. Otherwise, the index can only change when
items get inserted or removed before the child. So in that case, start
searching in the vicinity of the previously known index.
As an example: a selectAll() on the view will always hit the cached
index, so no search is performed for any item in the model/view.

Previously, the search for the index of a child was done by searching
forwards (minus 2) from the last search, and subsequently backwards when
it wasn't found. This would cause quite some searching in models with
lots of items, and where the child lay before the last search.
We still assume that subsequent searches for children are "nearby" the
previous search, but instead of first searching forwards and then
backwards, do the search in both directions.

The destructor of QStandardItem needs to access the model. So we need to
destroy them before the QStrandardItemModel gets destroyed.
In the destructor of the private, it is already too late because we are
already in the ~QObject
Since the destructor of QStandardItemPrivate is now empty, remove it
completely. There is no need for QStandardItemPrivate to have a virtual
table as there are no class that inherit from it.

qmake/project.h
QMakeEvaluator:
* evaluateConditional(): one side changed return type, the other
changed a parameter type.
* split_value_list(): one side changed a parameter adjacent to where ...
* expandVariableReferences(): ... the other killed one overload and
changed the survivor
src/corelib/io/qlockfile_unix.cpp
One side changed a #if condition, the other moved NETBSD's part of
what it controlled.
src/corelib/tools/qdatetime.cpp
One side fixed a reachable Q_UNREACHABLE in toMSecsSinceEpoch(), the
other moved it from the private class to the public one, in the midst
of the "short date-time" optimization, which confused diff entirely.
One side changed a QStringLiteral to QLatin1String, the other rewrote
adjoining code.
src/network/kernel/qauthenticator.cpp
Both rewrote a line, equivalently; kept the dev version.
src/platformsupport/fontdatabases/mac/qfontengine_coretext.mm
src/platformsupport/fontdatabases/mac/qfontengine_coretext_p.h
One side changed #if-ery that the other removed.
tools/configure/configureapp.cpp
One side added a check to -target parsing; the other killed -target.

tests/auto/testlib/selftests/expected_cmptest.txt
tests/auto/testlib/selftests/expected_cmptest.xml
tests/auto/testlib/selftests/expected_cmptest.xunitxml
Regenerated using generate_expected_output.py
I note that quite a few other expected_* come out changed, now.
There was no git-conflict in
src/widgets/kernel/qformlayout.cpp
but it didn't compile; one side removed some unused methods; the other
found uses for one of them. Put FixedColumnMatrix<>::removeRow(int)
back for its new user.
