QAction::menu is deprecated, as it makes QAction (a QtGui class) depend
on QtWidgets. The template hack works, but shouldn't become a permanent
solution and is already deprecated.
To get the QMenu out of a QAction that contains it, add a static helper
to QMenu instead. QAction continues to store the menu pointer so that
we don't have to use a dynamic property or an associative container in
QMenu.

Following the discussion in QTBUG-69452, the resulting change in
cc33dd079796437bafed8f42de7fbf8f17d19ec8, and the documentation of
QAction::shortcutVisibleInContextMenu, the intention is that the
attribute allows the overriding of the platform default.
However, QAction did ask both the attribute and the platform
integration, making the override impossible. Instead, ask only
the attribute, but default the value of the attribute to what the
platform integration provides.
[ChangeLog][QtGui][QAction] The shortcutVisibleInContextMenu property
defaults to the value of the Qt::AA_DontShowShortcutsInContextMenus
attribute, which in turn defaults to the platform integration. To
override the default, set the application attribute after
instantiating QApplication, or override the default for each
QAction instance.

- Remove obsolete dependencies and references.
- Restore previously deleted snippet code referenced in
richtext.qdoc.
- Add widgets snippets path to exampledirs; some classes
were moved from QtWidgets to QtGUI and related \snippet
commands were broken.
- Mark internal functions under QNativeInterface::Private
as \internal.

Only allow actions disabled due not being visible to trigger, when
enabled is not true.
This matches QQuickAction behavior, and doesn't apppear to affect QtGui
or QtWidgets.

Duplicating the number of classes is a high price to pay to be able to
have some QAction functionality behave differently, or be only available
in widgets applications.
Instead, declare the entire API in QtGui in QAction* classes, and
delegate the implementation of QtWidgets specific functionality to
the private. The creation of the private is then delegated to the
Q(Gui)ApplicationPrivate instance through a virtual factory function.
Change some public APIs that are primarily useful for specialized tools
such as Designer to operate on QObject* rather than QWidget*. APIs that
depend on QtWidgets types have been turned into inline template
functions, so that they are instantiated only at the caller side, where
we can expect the respective types to be fully defined. This way, we
only need to forward declare a few classes in the header, and don't
need to generate any additional code for e.g. language bindings.

If you have already performed the grafting and you don't see any
history beyond this commit, try running "git log" with the "--follow"
argument.
