For the windows file system engine, we add an extra macro to use
library loading if configured to do so, but avoid it on WinRT, as
none of the symbols would be found.
We also QT_REQUIRE_CONFIG(library) in the library headers and
exclude the sources from the build if library loading is disabled.
This, in turn, makes it necessary to clean up some header inclusions.

Switch from ctx->shareGroup() to ctx. The original intention to use the
same cache instance for sharing GL contexts is reasonable, but can only
work when there are only shareable resources involved. The FBO used by
QOpenGLTextureGlyphCache is not one of these.
Text rendering in Qt Quick already uses the same approach and uses
per-context glyph caches.

The following is safe:
QOpenGLVertexArrayObject *vao = ...
vao->create();
switch the current context
delete vao;
because the QOpenGLVAO dtor recognizes that the wrong context
is current, and will temporarily restore the VAO's associated
one in order to safely destroy the vao object.
However, the following has been problematic:
vao.create();
switch the current context
vao.destroy();
simply because all the logic was in the dtor and destroy()
blindly deleted the vao object in whatever context was current.
This can lead to releasing a completely unrelated vao object
that happens to have the same name in another context.
The expectation is for context-dependent wrappers is that a
ctor-create-dtor-ctor-create-dtor-... sequence is equivalent to
create-destroy-create-destroy-..., so move the safe cleanup logic
from the dtor to destroy().

Recent Khronos headers decided to break the world by guarding all
function prototypes with GL_GLEXT_PROTOTYPES which has traditionally
been used for extension headers only.
Until this gets corrected - see
https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/mesa-dev/2016-September/128654.html
- add the define to the config tests and qopengl.h.
While 5.7 already has some of the qopengl.h fixes due to an upgraded
ANGLE shipping with newer headers, this is a cross-platform issue that
will surface everywhere eventually. Therefore we target the full set
of fixes to 5.6.
This time we also make sure the forced define of GL_GLEXT_PROTOTYPES
is removed before including the ext header, thus apps get the ext
protos only if they actually requested them.

There is logic for clearing the qgl_curent_fbo pointer
in release(), but it is not always called, causing
the pointer to become stale on QOpenGLFramebufferObject
deletion.
As a last resort, clear the qgl_curent_fbo pointer
on the current context if it’s pointing to the object
that is being deleted.

The old code was wrong as it used QString::fromUtf8() to convert the
char * array to a QString. This could lead to wrong positions when trying
to find the #version directive, as any valid utf8 sequence in a comment
before could have lead to wrong offsets compared to the 8 bit data.
Fix this and optimize the code at the same time to avoid creating a copy
of the data and using QRegularExpression.
Also fixes building Qt with -no-feature-regularexpression

Previously when a new QOpenGLFramebufferObject was bound, the
QOpenGLContextPrivate::qgl_current_fbo member was also updated to point
to this new object.
But if a user called QOpenGLFramebufferObject::bindDefault(),
qgl_current_fbo was not unset, meaning that if the FBO object would be
deleted at some point, qgl_current_fbo would be a dangling pointer.
This patch makes sure to clear the value of qgl_current_fbo when
bindDefault() is called. It is cleared, and not set to point to another
object because the default platform OpenGL FBO is not backed by a
QOpenGLFramebufferObject.

This doesn't cover FBOs bound directly with glBindFramebuffer(),

The use case is to use this in QSG24BitTextMaskShader::activate(), where
we need to check if the current FBO is sRGB capable.

Previously the private APIs for QTriangulator and QTriangulatingStroker
were located in src/gui/opengl because they were used by the OpenGL
paint engine. These API's are not actually specific to OpenGL however,
and were not being built when QT_NO_OPENGL was defined. It makes more
sense for these classes to belong in the painting subgroup.
Aside from the OpenGL paint engine, these private APIs are used by
QtLocation to triangulate polylines to be rendered by QtQuick.

Ignored 5.7's change to MODULE_VERSION.
configure.json
No conflict noticed by git; but changes in 5.7 were needed for the
re-worked configure to accommodate 5.7's stricter handling of C++11.

Trying to move closer to GL semantics: it is allowed to destroy
a GL context at any time and that must free all of its resources.

Conflicts:
src/corelib/io/qtemporarydir.cpp
One side encapsulated a repeated piece of #if-ery in a local define;
the other added to the #if-ery. Made its addition to the other's.
src/corelib/kernel/qeventdispatcher_unix_p.h
One side moved some members into a struct; this collided with a #undef
check that neither side now has. Discarded the #undef part.
src/gui/opengl/qopengltexturehelper_p.h
5.7 deleted a bunch of methods; not clear why merge got confused.
src/tools/moc/moc.cpp
One added a name to the copyright header; another changed its URL.

Calling QOpenGLContext::surface() on a non-current context will
likely return NULL, so the code path that tried to reset
the old context as current would actually fail.
