There is no reason to use double precision for colors. We at most have

I made a clazy automated check that replaced the use of QVariant::Type
by the equivalent in QMetaType.
This has been deprecated since Qt 5.0, but many uses were not yet removed.
In addition, there was some manual changes to fix the compilation errors.
Adapted the Private API of QDateTimeParser and QMimeDataPrivate
and adjust QDateTimeEdit and QSpinBox.
QVariant(QVariant::Invalid) in qstylesheet made no sense.
But note that in QVariant::save, we actually wanted to use the non-user type.
In the SQL module, many changes were actually reverted because the API
still expects QVarient::Type.

QColorConstant is a C++11 version of Qt::GlobalColor, except that instead
of Qt::red being an enum, QColorConstants::red is an actual QColor instance,
a bit like in the Qt 3 days.
In addition, the SVG names that QColor understands are also available,
with the same values. Technically, when building a QColor from a color
name, QColor ignores casing and whitespaces; we stick to the SVG/CSS
official color names (which are lowercase), and prefix them with Svg
to clarify where they come from. For instance, note how SVG's gray
is not Qt::gray.
[ChangeLog][QtGui][[QColor] Added QColorConstants, a namespace
containing constexpr QColor instances.

We translate all pure gray colors into cmyk having c,m,y=0 and only
the k value expressing the darkness. But a fix introduced to avoid
division by 0 caused rgb(0, 0, 0) to be an exception to this; it ended
up being translated as c,m,y,k=1 instead.
Fix by catching the potential div-by-0 situation earlier and directly
set the orthodox cmyk translation: c,m,y=0,k=1.

... leveraging the existing support for QLatin1String, which is the
char equivalent of QStringView.
The only noteworthy changes here are the port of the low-level
functions to size_t and that the internal template function,
setColorFromString(), can now take its argument by value, since only
views are ever passed to it anymore.
In the test, used new QTest::addRow() to format test names, and
introduced temporaries to avoid re-calculating the same input values
for every check.

If len == 0, we didn't write anything to 'tmp', but get_hex_rgb()
unconditionally reads tmp[0] (aliased to name[0] in get_hex_rgb()).
Fix by terminating the tmp array, thus ensuring that the comparison

The inefficiency of QColor(const char*) came to light by
a recent refactoring which showed that the existing char*
overload of qt_get_hex_rgb() was never called.
So, provide a QLatin1String interface for named colors

without converting to QString first.

Only qt_get_hex_rgb(const char*, QRgb*) is used outside qcolor.cpp
(in qxpmhandler.cpp), so remove all other function declarations from
qcolor_p.h, and make the functions file-static in qcolor.cpp, removing
their qt_ prefix to avoid confusion.
Exception: it turned out that qt_get_named_rgb(const char *, QRgb*)
wasn't actually used anywhere, but a follow-up commit will fix this.
Adjust interface to that of the QChar overload (add explicit int len).
Simplify conditional compilation of QT_NO_COLORNAMES: move the ifdef
inside get_colornames, to avoid duplicating the declaration, and
remove the empty implementation of get_named_rgb, since their use is
already conditional on QT_NO_COLORNAMES not being defined.

Also fixes the non-standard naming of the files: qcolor_p.h
should have been qcolor_p_p.h, since it declared functions
defined in qcolor_p.cpp.

Before: HexRgb: 0.00230 ms per iteration, HexArgb: 0.00290 ms per iteration
After: HexRgb: 0.00051 ms per iteration, HexArgb: 0.00061 ms per iteration
This showed up as a relevant optimization when profiling KIconLoader
which uses QColor::name() as part of the key -- thanks to Mark Gaiser for
the investigation and first suggestion of a solution. I have also seen
customer code writing a replacement for QColor::name() because it was
too slow to be used as a hash key.

This is mostly straight-forward, but some things are worth noting:
1. Yes, this is necessary. The noexcept operator looks for noexcept tagging,
not at the contents of the function to determine whether to return true.
The more conditionally-noexcept functions are used, the more important it
becomes that low-level classes are correctly marked noexcept. In that, it
is like constexpr.
2. In accordance with the rules governing noexcept specifications for the
standard library itself, the get*() functions, as well as any function
taking (but not returning) channel values as ints or qreals, or taking
QStrings are not marked as noexcept, since they have preconditions and
thus a narrow contract. Narrow-contract functions should not be noexcept.
All other functions have wide contracts (ie. no preconditions).
3. Any function returning QString can throw (bad_alloc).
Consequently, they, too, are not marked nothrow.

For HSL colors, the (heavily over-parenthesized) code compared hslHue
values mod 36000, _and also_ for equality. Of course, the second
comparison is dead code.
This was a cut'n'paste error from the non-HSL comparison.
So, remove it. And also some of the over-parenthesization.
There are no tests for operator==, and the HSL color comparison is
completely opaque for me, so I'm not going to write any for this
trivial change.

user-defined copy ctor and assignment operator, which we
