Writing to solid overwrites part of the gradient input messing up later
lines. In particular repeating gradients tended to be broken.
Tested by lancelot (once the baseline is correct).

Unify generic and ARGB32PM versions for fetchTransformed, the main
benefit of the specialized version is the simplified fetch, but we can
also get that by ensuring the method can be inlined.
At the same time move runtime inline of fetchPixel in

DirectWrite: Fix advances being scaled to 0
Since 131eee5cd, the stretch of a font can be 0, meaning
"whatever the font provides". In combination with ec7fee96,
this would cause advances in the DirectWrite engine to be scaled to
0, causing the QRawFont test to fail.

qt_div_255 does a fast rounded division, the form of rounding is however
only valid for positive integers.
Correct one case where it was used incorrectly and add it one place
it would be valid, and adds a comment to the function.
We were using the optimization (x*a + y*(255-a))/255 ==
(x-y)*a/255 + y but that makes the division by 255 potentially
negative.

bits from the x86 CPUID instruction on x86. This makes use of the full
64-bit space now.
Since MSVC doesn't like enums bigger than 32-bit, we have to store the
bit number instead of the actual bit value in the constant. For that
reason, I also renamed the constants, to catch anyone who was using them
directly, instead of through qCpuHasFeature.
