The drawGlyphRun() and drawStaticText() functions would calculate
the horizontal origin of the decorations based on the left-most edge
of the left-most glyph, in practice including the left bearing of
that glyph in the position. But in drawText()/QTextLayout it will
always be drawn from the position given as input by the user of the
function.
The inconsistency was detected in an upgrade of Harfbuzz NG, where
the tests on macOS would get a -0.05 left bearing, and as a result
the decorations would be painted one pixel to the left in
drawGlyphRun()/drawStaticText() compared to QTextLayout.
It is not a big deal in practice, but in order to get the Harfbuzz
update in, we fix the inconsistency now, by passing the user-input
position into the decoration function.
This was also an opportunity to consolidate the two code paths, and
to unexport the qt_draw_decoration_for_glyphs() symbol, which was
exported in Qt 4 only to be usable by Qt Quick 1.

Adds QColorSpace and QColorTransform classes,
and parsing of a common subset of ICC profiles
found in images, and also parses the ICC profiles
in PNG and JPEGs.
For backwards compatibility no automatic color
handling is done by this patch.
[ChangeLog][QtGui] A QColorSpace class has been added,
and color spaces are now parsed from PNG and JPEG images.
No automatic color space conversion is done however, and
applications must request it.

The new modular configuration system requires one global
header per module, that is included by all other files in
this module.
A similar scheme and naming convention is already being used
for many other modules (e.g. printsupport, qml, quick).
That header will later on #include the configuration file
for Qt Gui. For now it defines the Q_GUI_EXPORT macro for
this library.
In addition, add a private global header, qtguiglobal_p.h,
that can later on include the private config header for
Qt Gui for things we don't want to export to the world.

QPainterClipInfo is larger than a void*, so holding it in QLists
is needlessly inefficient. Worse, the code could come to depend
on the fragile property of (inefficient) QLists that references
to elements therein never are invalidated.
Fix by marking it movable and holding it in a QVector instead.
Port from op<< to append() to reap rvalue push_back().

Work around QPaintDevice::metric's int return type
by adding a new metric that returns a scaled devicePixelRatio.
Choose a scale factor that gives us more than enough
range.
The QPaintDevice::devicePixelRatio() convenience accessor
is public API and can unfortunately not be changed
to return a qreal. Add devicePixelRatioF() which
returns the (unscaled) devicePixelRatio.
Change all call sites of QPaintDevice::devicePixelRatio()
to use QPainDevice::devicePixelRatioF().

Previously QPainter computed the devicePixelRatio
based on the physical and logical dpi, and expected
that the ratio between them would be either 1x or
2x.
This was problematic for paint devices like printers
where the physical dpi can be much higher than the
logical dpi, and also for QScreen where the physical
dpi would have to be defined as a multiple of the
logical dpi.
Add QPaintDevice::PdmDevicePixelRatio and QPaintDevice::
devicePixelRatio() getter and implement it for the
QPaintDevice subclasses. Use it when calculating the
highdpi scale transform in qpainter.cpp and when scaling
the clip rect in qwidget.cpp.
Remove physical dpi scaling for QImage, QPixmap and
QOpenGLPaintDevice, reverting to the old behavior.

Bring Qt 5 on par with Qt 4, prepare for more comprehensive
support later on.
Introduce device independent pixels (dips), device pixels,
and devicePixelRatio. Add high-dpi support to QPainter,
QGLWidget, the cocoa platform plugin, mac and fusion styles.
Dips are similar to CSS pixels, Apple points and
Android density-independent pixels. Device pixels
are pixels in the backing store/physical pixels on screen.
devicePixelRatio is the ratio between them, which is
1.0 on standard displays and 2.0 on "retina" displays.
New API:
QImage::devicePixelRatio() and setDevicePixelRatio()
QPixmap::devicePixelRatio() and setDevicePixelRatio()
QWindow::devicePixelRatio()
QScreen::devicePixelRatio()
QGuiApplicaiton::devicePixelRatio()

To provide an optimized way of constructing QGlyphRun objects with no
copying or allocation, we add function setRawData() (naming inspired by
QByteArray::setRawData()). Data retrieved from QRawFont can be passed
directly into this. The logic is now that the data pointers in
QGlyphRunPrivate should always point to the current valid data and is
what will be used in comparisons and drawing calls. The vectors are
optimizations to avoid unnecessary copying if the user wants to use
the QVector based API (which makes it easier to manage the memory.)
This reflected in the functions that return QVectors, which will
return the stored vector if and only if it is identical to the
current pointer. Otherwise we will have to copy the memory.
The internal addition operators in QGlyphRun have been removed since
they really provide no real optimization and have an unclear definition
if the two glyph runs are based on different fonts.
