Color fonts may also contain regular alphabet characters that
should be rendered with the current pen. In Qt, however, these
characters were drawn into the cache with a default pen color
of black.
Since all characters in a font is currently backed by the same cache,
and it would require a lot of plumbing to get around this, a step
in the right direction is to include the current pen color in the
cache as long as it is an RGB cache. This means that drawing
text with the color font with different pen colors will create
different caches.
There is no API to select font color on Freetype currently, but
this problem has also not been observed there, as the fonts
in question, with both regular and color glyphs, are not being
detected as color fonts (so the text color will be correct).
So Freetype will be left out for now.
[ChangeLog][QtGui][Text] Fixed bug where regular text rendered
with a color font would always display in black.

The new modular configuration system requires one global
header per module, that is included by all other files in
this module.
A similar scheme and naming convention is already being used
for many other modules (e.g. printsupport, qml, quick).
That header will later on #include the configuration file
for Qt Gui. For now it defines the Q_GUI_EXPORT macro for
this library.
In addition, add a private global header, qtguiglobal_p.h,
that can later on include the private config header for
Qt Gui for things we don't want to export to the world.

The destructor is the first virtual method. By not defining it
out-of-line, we provoke multiple copies of vtables, not all of
which can be merged by the linker. If the linker fails, RTTI
such as dynamic_cast and catch-blocks involving the type will
not work.
Additionally, QFontEngineGlyphCache was not exported, and
therefore also not its vtable, making it impossible for
users outside of QtGui to get a unique RTTI for the class.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Instead of the glyph cache having its own cache type that always mapped
one to one to a font engine glyph format, causing confusion and needless
conversions, the glyph caches now use QFontEngine's glyph format enum.
This also removes the iffy use of an int for the glyphFormat in the font
engines.

Instead of always using a non-transformed glyph-cache we now allow a scaled
glyph-cache so that retina-screens can take advantage of this. We take
the cache's scale into account when positioning and drawing the glyphs
so that the scale is not applied twice.

CoreText segfaults when creating paths for color-glyphs:
0 0x00007fff8fd41e69 in TFont::FindColourBitmapForGlyph ()
1 0x00007fff8fd417ac in TFont::CreatePathForGlyph ()
2 0x000000010567d1af in QCoreTextFontEngine::addGlyphsToPath (...)
So we shortcut the code-path, since we don't support Emoji yet anyways.

As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.
